Hi guys,
I found this cool website called www.restaurant.com . Basically, you buy gift certificates for certain restaurants at a discount. I called one of the restaurants listed on it, and its for real! There are some restrictions, and some deals are better than others. If you put in the code bells at checkout, you get 70% off! I bought a $25 coupon from Ted's Montana Grill for $3 and one for a restaurant near where we are going to be in Tampa for $3. I'm looking forward to going to try this out.... Well it's a good thing I was already planning to go ahead of time the night before.. now they changed our flight to leave at 8am so we are definately needing that hotel! hope everyone is keeping warm this week! We are getting closer! We watched a disney planner dvd this am and the kids are super excited now!

Good morning everyone!

The kids have another snow day today - they also had Friday as a snow day - we got over a foot of snow over the weekend...the kids are loving it...we live at the end of a cul de sac and so we get the huge piles of snow from the snowplows that the kids have been sledding down. Now the snow is fun and all, but I am definitely ready for the cruise now

HI Samily where are you? I forget! We had an early release on Friday and then a two hour delay this am! Isn't it grand! But the winds have been bad so it's freezing out with wind chills!

We are definately anxious for no snow here!

Here in TX today we are experiencing a cold day. It is 29 right now and the high is supposed to be 34...We have no experience with this kind of weather and to us it is COLD!! BRRR....

We are in Rhode Island. Seems there is crazy weather all around the country lately - snow in Las Vegas...cold in Texas...just a week or so ago we had a couple of 60 degree days here (then it dropped into the teens)...crazy...

Here in NC, we had crazy weather too.

Saturday was in the high 60's and today in the low 30's.

We're down to 1 month until we leave to play with our friends

We'll start to pack this weekend after the christmas tree comes down

We booked the Radisson to stay at the night before. We decided to drive over from Tampa the day before instead of the morning of the cruise. That way we can take the free shuttle and not pay parking. It won't be long now! See you all soon!

here in TX our weather is back up to 70....nothing quite says Christmas like a humid and warm day.

I am intrigued by this shuttle Melissa...Are you saying if you stay at that hotel, you can leave your car there for free??? If so...where is this hotel?? We will stay there the night before too!!!

Now that Christmas is over, I can finally dedicate all my time to planning this cruise I am soo excited! I am checking the website everyday..they have to give a room sometime

Yes Mintee... It is the Radisson Resort at the port. You stay there, then you can take the free shuttle to the port in the morning. I read on the other board that you need to book the shuttle right after you book the room, so you can get the early shuttle. Otherwise, you may have to take one of the later shuttles. We are booked on the 10am shuttle...

I got a room for $90.68 ($100.65 after taxes)... the phone# is 321-784-0000. The address is 8701 Astronaut Blvd. Cape Canaveral, Fl. 32920...

There are 2 other hotels that have a free shuttle, but the Radisson was the best deal of the 3.
