January 2020?

My family is planning on visiting January 2020 to check out Galaxy's Edge in WDW. I tried looking at hotel rooms online to book, but the website's not giving me the option to look any further than December 2019. After looking into it, it seems that you can't book until 499 days before, but that seems to be September 2018? First time booking myself, so I'm sure I'm missing something. If anyone has any advice or pointers in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated!

You have to call, and they will book room only at an estimated rate. Online booking will not open until 2020 rates are published.
