I'm confused. Mousesavers is reporting the opposite (S/P/D January 5th - March 5th and RO January 5th - April 12th); Disney’s Visa cardholders can get a specially priced vacation package at select Disney resorts for stays 1/5/14 – 3/5/14. The discount is roughly equivalent to Adults and Juniors (ages 10-17) paying the Child price for tickets and dining plan. Your package must include at least 3 nights’ stay and 2-day tickets, plus a dining plan for the length of your stay. Disney’s Visa cardholders can get room only discounts at select Disney resorts for stays 1/5/14 – 4/12/14. (The discounts are reduced from 3/6/14 – 3/13/14.) There is no minimum length of stay with this offer. Does anyone know which is correct?

I fixed it. It appears this is the only place I flipped them by mistake. I typed them so much, you'd think it would've been a habit by this point.

Anyone know what the discount at the poly is like? I think that will be our backup if we don't get a GTY fare on a cruise for Jan 24-27th depending on if its available. Was anything open for there?

We got the RO there ... At least 25% off ... Called this morning.

Yup, and French Quarter That's why I wait until I have some facts before posting a blanket statement saying deluxe is x% and moderates is y%. A lot of people were excited over some certain resorts that didn't end up being as much off as originally said. When it comes to room discounts, they vary widely between resorts and even between room types.

It was 30-35% for us, but only CL is eligible for the discount.

It's possible it was just for my dates (marathon weekend which is busy), but I have yet to see anyone else who's booked anything but CL with a discount. Fingers crossed for you though!

No as it is a package deal but you can get a RO discount.

Just called to book the GF for our stay over MLK weekend cool1 and, while checking availability for various resorts, was informed that all room categories at the Poly are sold out with the RO discount.

I highly doubt that the Poly could be sold out after just one day of the Disney Visa promo, so it sounds to me like the Poly was simply not included because of the holiday weekend. Surprising given the construction, although the RO could very likely become available as people cancel, etc.

Just a heads up to those going over MLK weekend!

Old Discount (20% room only pin) - $2,390.85

New Discount (S/P/D) - $2,252.33

Savings - $138.52


Not much but any savings is worth it!

Changed ours tonight from POR room only to POR with S/P/D..pretty nice savings I think if I did the math correctly. Excited to try the dining plan again - last 2 trips didn't have it. Now if January would just get here already!

I need help! I changed my reservation yesterday to spd and also booked for my mom and sister. I haven't gotten any emails from Disney with my new reservation info and I booked yesterday at 2 in the afternoon.

I really need the confirmation number for the flight for my sister so I can add trip insurance for her through Delta and I can't figure out a way of getting that. Our hotel and ticket reservations are showing up fine on MDE but I need to call and get the flight confirmation number. Anybody know which number I call? Hotel reservations or website support or existing tickets? They have a lot of numbers listed....... Is there anywhere on MDE that would show flight info for a flight booked through Disney?

I have the same problem. I placed my reservation yesterday around noon and I still have not gotten a confirmation reservation email from Disney.
