Both times we have gone, we have gone the last week of January into the first few days of February. This year, we had super weather--it was 70s/80s everyday with no rain. I think that is not always typical though. Our trip the same week in 08 was nice weather, but cooler. I think this year there were more people, but the ride lines were still quite short. Our longest wait was TSM during EMH (said 60 minutes, but was more like 25) and RRC--that was longer than the posted 30 minutes--more like 45. We did experience tour groups, and a dance competition was just beginning as we left, so you might want to look at what's scheduled--although I'm not sure when they post that info.
