20 days for us too! Looks like a lot of us are arriving on the 22nd.

My brother and I will be in Disney from January 28th to February 1st! Not nearly long enough, but all the time I can afford to take away from classes. But it will still be a special time since it will just be the two of us - that never happens anymore!

Two more days for us! Today and tomorrow. Then Monday we are on our way! Weather is looking good and hopefully the crowds will be low. This is a big celebration trip for the family since I just had my first cancer free check up two days before Christmas! Last trip we were all wrapped up in treatment options, etc and I was feeling lousy. So really looking forward to this one!

Congrats on being CANCER FREE!!!! You and your family certainly earned this trip!!! I love hearing CANCER FREE!!! May there be many many more of these great days ahead of you.

Ok, another day down! I know my ticker says five days, but, we leave for POP on Friday, then board the ship on Sat. So, really...almost only 3 days until we leave. YAY YAY YAY YAY I need to get out of this office and finish my packing!!!

7 more days for my girlfriend and I, but it's going to go by really really fast seeing as I only have work 1 more day this week (Thursday) and the rest of the week I'll be busy getting final things done like a haircut and travel things.

Got my Mickey Mail today!!! WOO HOO! Those little free luggage tags are cute!
Am taking a break from going through clothes. Got lots of laundry and sorting to do this week. Hoping to go buy DS a new carseat tomorrow. It's coming up so fast!!

So... when should I expect our travel materials? Magical Express stuff, luggage tags, etc. We planned our trip through AAA, but I hate to bug them if the stuff's not supposed to be here yet! We leave January 28! I can't WAIT!

As for the clothing and what to pack...We went in January of '09 and there were a few days of very cold weather, 40's in the day and high 20's low 30's at night (I'm from Texas and that is way too cold for me!!!) Then a few days ater I'm sweating in eans and a long sleeve t-shirt. I think layers are best. You can add on a bunch in the morning, take them off during the day as it warms up, then at night put 'em all back on again. This year I bought every one a wind breaker to wear on cool days and a fleece to wear under it on really cold days.

One thing about Flordia (and Texas) winters that a lot of my northern friends have told me is that our cold, while it is not as severe as up north, is a damp cold. Stay warm!

Thanks for the info. I'm from New Orleans, so I'm used to the fickle weather. LOL. I have the jeans and a good jacket to take. Its the layers of shirts that I am having trouble with. LOL. I don't have much already and I'm trying not to break the bank looking for stuff either.

I got my Magical Express package on Christmas Eve (that was fun - like an extra present!!), but I have not received my welcome package yet. I can't remember how early it came before my last trip... anyone know?

We are checking in on the 23rd and we got our hotel info and that stuff yesterday. You should be getting them any day I would think. Especially the Magical Express papers cause they usually come a few weeks ahead from what I remember.

Thanks, *sarah*. I ended up calling late yesterday afternoon and the AAA TA said, "Oh, yeah, the Magical Express stuff came on Dec. 17th." She's still waiting on the rest of the documents, which were sent around the same time but never arrived. Disney is resending the docs today. I guess some things have fallen through the cracks during the various computer system upgrades?
