Yeah, I got the smallest rolling carry-on's I could find. Ours are so small they fit under the seats in front of us. I like that better...more accessible.

Eek! I didn't know that Canada had that strict of regulations....is it just a particular airline that mandates that? We are flying back from Vancouver for our next cruise. I wonder if I won't be able to bring my rolling carry-ons.

Got my second round of Magical Mail today 3 more Mondays!!! Can't wait! Buried under a couple feet of snow up here!

The online baggage restrictions is new - due to the Dec 25th attempted attack on that flight to the US can't remember from where (?) anyhow due to this US customs has increased security and line ups are very long to get through to the US. The line ups have been so long people were missing flights. Crazy thing is they are NOT open 24hours . In the past we have had the luxury of clearing US customs when boarding, therefore getting off the plane and being clear to grab your bags and head on your merry way. So we now are involved in being fully pat down and scanned and limited to one simple small carry on. We also cannot get out of our seat for the last hour of the flight. There are some threads about this. I am hoping by the 23rd the airport will have this under control.

I always arrive early to the airport - 3 hours before departure because of this pre-clear of customs. Last year we waited over and hour for customs to open, I thought this should have been a 24 hour position as the airport is 24 hours hopefully that has changed.

I received my 2nd round of Mickey Mail . The package with the luggage tags, vouchers and package confirmation. This also included my personalized photopass card . I am goingo chck out ad see if the code with the photopass card will allow me to pre-order - it states "discounts". I will let you know what I find out !

No I did not receive the email . But I am trying to check out his photopas thing included with the mail. The Mailer came from a local outsource printer here in Ontario, they must print them for WDW? It looks like it is direct from disney until I read the return address.

When I called disney today they said that they dont offer a photopass discount with our package. I dont know if she knew what she was talking about.

Ok, so I followed the instructions and basically the card allowedme to pre register a photopass card. I have read on the boards that by doing this pre-registration will trigger discounts to be emailed? not sue if this is true.

I am surprised we have not received this email.

11-days and counting!!!

DH gave me part of my anniversary gift last night (Sunday was our anniversary). He got me a gift card to Disney, a little stuffed Mickey & Minnie, a reusable Mickey bag (only $0.99 at the Disney store, great bags!!!) and an Eeyore mug.

Funny story about my old Eeyore mug two days before DH and I got married. My BFF and I were doing things at the hotel, we went home to meet up with my fiance at the time, now DH, to go out for lunch. We walk in the door, DH looks at me, takes my hands and said “Honey, I have to tell you something” he had such a serious tone I thought something was really wrong. I said, “Yes, what is it Sweetie?” He said, “I’m so sorry, but I broke your Eeyore mug.” It was so funny, BFF said later that she thought she was going to witness for the first time, someone saying I’m sorry but I just can’t marry you. So, that’s been a running joke ever since. LOL

I assume she called Disney reservations but I'm not sure???
