WOOHOO! Just got my magical express pkg delivered!

Ours came yesterday, but we forgot to get the mail...so my wonderful hubby brought it in first thing this morning when he came home from work and woke me up with it....literally!! Well, if he's gonna try to be funny and wake me up by slapping me with a piece of mail, at least he did it with Disney mail!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG....Christmas needs to be over NOW so I can put the decorations away and get the suitcases out!!!!!!

Did anyone get an email about pre-ordering photopass?

Yes, we got the e-mail and I have already pre-ordered for $99.95.

Our times weren't listed on ME either, so I called and they promptly added it. She said it doesn't always download.

Getting SO excited. I have a friend there right now and they have had 83 degree days. She says she is HOT! I'm hoping we have some warm weather too.

I upgraded our room only ressie to a MYW with DDP. I had been putting it off since I had to buy a one day base tix to get the DDP but finally decided to just do it. I won't use the base tix so it will never expire.
I also will get all those points on my Disney Visa Rewards so by the time I go, I think I'll have at least $60 of free money to use in total!
Now...I have to rush to the mailbox and worry AGAIN b/c DIsney told me they'd be sending out the package with the luggage tags, vouchers and new ME tix. And I have to keep an eye out of the Visa Rewards Points card. OMG I can't wait until next week when I can reveal this damn trip! It's been so stressful hiding it! ANd I told Disney that they really need to have a code if the trip is a surprise so the things in the mail don't give it away! LOL The cast member just laughed.

LOL - that's how I received my Disney gift card for DH - it came in a plain white envelope with my name in the address section, and my info in the return address section - I couldn't figure out what the heck was going on! DH was none the wiser. This after his Brother printer gift came from Amazon.com IN the Brother printer box! There goes that surprise!

I rented DVC points and added the dining plan but I changed my mind about the dining plan. I emailed the person who rented me my points to have them remove it but they haven't responded...Does anybody know if you can remove the dining plan once you get there??

since you only pay for it when you get there, I am sure you can cancel it.

Hi everyone! Just popping in to say a quick hello! I'll try to get the Snowbird list updated this week. Bear with me. I'm planning, baking and cooking for 2 Christmas parties I'm hosting this weekend- one for my day care families and one for my family, plus all of life's regular things to keep me busy.

I'm slightly jealous of everyone getting their Mickey Mail! I wonder when I'll get mine?

It was at exactly 45 days out. My understanding is that you must be booked directly with Disney to receive the e-mail...but I am not sure about that. The e-mail kind of hides the offer. It comes from Disney Destinations and it says something about vacation must sees for the ______ family....or something like that. There is a thread on here somewhere about it. Just do a search. The link to the photopass discount is at the bottom of the e-mail page.

Ok, my trip is only a few days behind you guys...I'm hoping to get my package by the end of this week!! And yes, Christmas does need to be over with already!! I think this is the only bad thing about a January trip - I couldn't give a toss about the holidays. How sad is that?!

Actually I think that may not quite be accurate. I have been led to believe that you must add or modify your dining plan within 48 hours of arrival. After that, no changes allowed. I could be wrong - I hope I am. But I really think you should post your question over on the DVC boards - I'm sure someone over there knows for sure.
