Yep, well it's not really for the trip, but for after. I make my own Disney photo albums. Well, I buy the photo album and cover it in Disney fabric. I just finished scrapbooking the last one. Now I need to get busy making the next one!

Oh Disney Scrapbooking...those are such happy words! I have already bought my album and decorated it and have started purchasing paper and stickers. Joann's is having a midnight madness sale this weekend and I have 50% off coupons so I'm going to have to see what little treats I can pick up for myself then LOL

I have been on the DISings board here on the DIS where a bunch of people will DISign shirts and just about anything for you.

I have 3 sets of shirts made for each person in my group according to their likes and dislikes. Nice thing is we won't look like everyone else

I have candy bar wrappers so I can leave candy on the pillows of everyone in my group at night. We are DVC so no turndown or chocolates on the pillows.

I also made pillowcases for two little girls who just got back from WDW and had characters and their names put on them...then had character signatures on them!


The stuff on the pillowcases and t-shirts I did on iron transfers made from my printer!


I have birthday magnets with Disney characters for our door! and cling on for our windows!!!


Yes, I am a busy lady...some of this is all done some I am still working on!!!!

Best t-shirt DISign I have printed out is the princess' being silly saying "Girl's just Want to have fun!"

Ok, I am out if here!!! Got to make my 1 hour commute home...pick up the kids, get them dinner, get dressed and meet DH and his boss for dinner...YUCK!!!! See you ladies later!

I need someone to make me a t-shirt for this trip I just recently added 3 t-shirts to my closet.

I'm so excited to see what everyone else has in their bins...I know this is totally going to make me want to go out and buy more stuff. I'm already thinking I need to look into this laynard thing. I have a visor that has a lot of trading pins on it that I'm thinking I need to transfer.

I have made cute shirts in the past for my family... well everyone except DH... he wouldn't be caught dead in anything with a Mickey, a Pooh or a Tigger on it..... and now my kids are too old... its not cool for them... but I do have some great graphics that I have used... like princess crowns.... etc... I make the Iron on transfers... so easy.... Jen if you want me to make you one let me know....

Steal away these woman do them and they come out awesome! One lady also makes invites to dinners and events, they are awesome. I am having one done for my friend for our birthday dinner. She has no clue what we are doing!!!!!

I wanted to get a lanyard because now at EMH or is it LEH (late evening hours) they ask to look at the keys from your hotel at each ride, instead of wrist bands. I figured if I didn't do the lanyards with the zip;ock part then someone was bound to lose a key!!! (probably me!!!)

She might have fun with the characters.... and the food is great .... but I love the atmosphere and the food at BOMA.... its a little more adult.... if she is willing to give the food I try.... plus if its her first time there let them know... they have done some special things for us in the past....

Ok, I know I've brought up the Nintendo DS in the past, but I have one more question about it. What's the difference between the DS and the DS Lite?? We are definately going to get our DD one for Christmas, but I don't know what the difference is. Is the DS Lite just the newer version?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The DS Lite is shaped a little different, slightly more compact, but the biggest difference is that the screens are much brighter. It makes playing it much better for you eyes. I have stole my brothers abandoned DS since he has a LITE and I think it's fine. You really can't play outdoors when the sun is bright since you can't see the screen though. For me, the old one is fine because I just like playing a video game every now and then. If your DD is one of those kids who walk around with the DS attached to their faces, you might want the LITE, it's better for their eyes in the long run. If it's just for plane rides, car trips and some at home entertainment, you can find a cheap DS on ebay. Both work with Advance Games and the new ones.

Actually, I'm not much of a college partier. I'd much rather save the money from drinking for trips to Disney! Better for my health, grades, and it means MORE TRIPS TO DISNEY!

I wish Trick or Treating was not exclusive to the kids! I would so love to go. Halloween has just never been the same. I might have to borrow some kids for the day! That's still not stopping me from dressing up! I'm going as a female Indiana Jones. I bought the hat, whip and bag and I'm pairing it with a kaki skirt and shirt with a leather jacket, and my tall lace up boots! We always go to Jeckll and Hydes, a haunted resturant. It's loads of fun. Makes me miss the Adventurer's Club though!

That's funny - at my d's college, Halloween is week-long holiday (actually 1 1/2 weeks - starting on the Thursday before and continuing so it encompasses two weekends)!

As far as lanyards are concerned, I'm back at the drawing board. D has told me that she'll disown me if I dare wear one. I told her about the EMH problem of showing your KTTW, but she wouldn't relent.

Jen & Soleil I bite the bullet & bought some Vera Bradley!! I went to the website & ordered 2 Lindsey's, 1 Libby (had to! my sisters name!) & a hipster. I went down the street & got the mini hipster at full price too small for the parks but good for a night out. Anyhow got all 4 of those plus 2nd day air shipping for $125!!! & I got a free ticket to HSM3 which I am taking DD to on Sun. I only did the 2nd day because I want to give one of the LIndseys to my mom before she leaves for DC on thu.

You won't regret it!! I love my hipster!!

I don't think there is too much difference-just maybe color/texture. Games are the same. I think it doesn't matter-just pick which color/look you think she'll like-that's basically where the difference is.....I think!! I know the games are all the same-both play the same one.

Is anyone else old enough to remember in grade school (in the late 70s) when we were told to learn metrics because the whole world used it but the US and we were switching over? What happened to that? I wasted all of 3rd grade learning it!!!

I remember that-it was in the 80s for me--about 4th or 5th grade- & yes, we wasted lots of time on it too! I can't convert anything!
