I just used the Disney Visa Discount Code (Thanks Dissers!) and saved $228.14!

I previously had 9 nights at Pop, with a Preferred room, the DDP, and 9 Day hopper passes for $2213.

Now I have the same thing, only with Water Parks and more for $1985. So I definitely got a room discount too!

FYI...had it applied to my reservation for a value resort in January:

was 1786.53 (for 3 adults/5 nts/6 basic tix/dining)
now 1710.18 (for 3 adults/5nts/6 day park hopper)

What percentage is that, did they say? Also- do you still have dining?

Just got my discount too! We saved $278.77! We went from 7 days/6nights at POFQ with MYW with park hoppers + dining to the same AND water parks!

I got sooo happy!! But then I do not think it is worth it for me to do the deal. I have a room only. But we do not want the water park, or dining package. Soooooooo I guess I will just have to wait. And hope a room only discount comes out!!

Uhhh Ohhh I knew this code was for DISNEY VISA card holders only which I am currently not.... So I applied for one today, but i know it will be at least a week or more before I hear back on the application....We are already booked and have a room at POR, but if you are saying there are only a limited # of rooms at this rate I doubt I'll be one of the lucky one's since I do not have a card yet OH WELL i can still cross my fingers!!!

I have 5 nights GV at Poly with the 6 day PH and WPF&M for 3,036.56. My rate went down by 208 dollars!!! This is for Jan. 10th -15th.
I will say I called this morning at 7:20 and the CM seemed like I was asking about aliens landing, he said there will be no new offers utnil 11/1. I just happen to login and see others were getting the discounts. Thanks!!

$73 isn't much...but it's something!

Disney Visa codes usually come out a few days before general public codes. You might be able to get the General Public code which will be the say amount of savings. So don't get to upset. Just keep checking here each morning.

I've been focusing on the room I wanted so much I haven't learned enough about the tickets options!

We are going for 8 days, I just booked through AAA using the new Visa code for a price of $2030.36 at the POFQ with 2 adults and two children. Doing the math, it seems like we got the room for $129 (so it was discounted) plus the hopper/water parks and more. Here, after booking, are the things I am trying to figure out:

1) Does it make sense to upgrade to a 10 day no experation pass? We will probably only use 7 of the 8 days (it was only about $2 more per ticket for the 8th day and I wanted the option) and we certainly be going back in 2009. This would give us the extra three days next year.

2) If we upgrade to the 10 day no experation tickets, would the upgraded tickets now be a 10 day water parks and more free hopper pass? Am I crazy or am I reading this wrong? We have 10 seperate waterparks and more admissions each??? Lets say we do not go to ANY water parks this year, but do go to DQ for a day. Next year we use the other 3 days of the 10 day no expiration ticket and go to the water parks twice. That means we still have 7 DAYS of admissions with no expiration date for the water parks or Disney Quest?? Basically, assuming we only hit a water park or DQ once or twice when we visit, we would not have to pay for admission to these things for the next 5 years??? Is that right?

I heard the Disney Visa codes for Jan. were just released on this board & Mousesaver. My question is how would I know if I wasn't on these non-Disney boards? I didn't get a mailing or postcard. Further, there is NOTHING about January codes listed on the Disney Rewards Visa website!

Disney continues to frustrate me on how they (do not) treat their most loyal customers!

Try pricing it out at regular rates with park hopper and waterparks added. When I priced ours out its was 5949.97 with code it was 5195.35 saved 758.62.

I guess I should have clarified that my entire rate went down $73 or $14/daily.

I am still not complaining! We got free hopper passes too!
