January 2007 Scrapbooking Challenge

I've been away for a few months, but would like to participate, I need all the oomph! I can get to finish my long to-do lists! So far in January I have completed 5 pages.

TiggerFan6, NEE, & LisaB--I've got you updated! :thumbsup2

Fran98765--welcome! I'll add you and your pages to the tally in the first post! :yay:

Keep on scrappin, everyone!! :dance3:

I've finished 2 pages this month. Unfortunately, I've made a promise not to scrap during the day unless DS3 is sleeping. Wouldn't you know that he's now decided that naps are optional? Anyway, hopefully I'll be able to get some stuff done over the weekend. DD7 is out of school on Monday, and I might bribe her to play with DS for a few hours! :teeth:

Happy scrappin everyone!

luvmy2sams--I was laughing about your DS's naps! Of course when you have a plan for that time, he wouldn't want to take it!! ;) I'll get your pages posted!

Does anyone else have the nice long weekend this weekend? I'm hoping to get lots of scrapping done!! :cool1: Have a great Thursday, everyone!

I am hoping for it. I am wondering if I'll have it without DH for a bit of it. He may be sent back to Padukah Kentucky. I am hoping to get lots of scraping and swaping done over the weekend.

luvmy2sams, could you do some preparation while he's awake? (punching shapes, assembling borders?) I bet he could even help make serendipity squares - they're good at ripping paper at that age :lmao:

Where do you find the time Tracy?? :worship:

Well that's easy just ignore the hubby and child and all is well in the scrapping/swapping world LOL

Nah, Hubby works nights, my 5yo goes to bed by 7:30 so I scrap from 7:30 to around 10.
And sometimes hubbys sleeps during the day (while son is in school) so I scrap then.
House is clean laundry is done so I don't have to worry about any of that either.
It also helps that I only have 1 child.:rotfl:

Long weekend here. Yeah!! However, Sunday is shot.. We are hosting the travel league basketball games for the next 5 weekends (we are off Super Bowl Weekend but doing a tourney instead) so Sundays I'll be supervising parent workers since I'm an officer on the board...

My DH travels a lot so I get most of my stuff done either at crops or at night when he's gone. I'm a night owl anyway so it doesn't bother me to be up til 2 or 3am. The kids don't get up til 7 so I can sleep until 7:30 which is when they need to be fed.

Oh lucky you
Zach has to be up at 6:20. He has to be in school for 7:45am. His school is 4 towns away (he goes to a private school) so we have to leave a little earlier than other kids in his school.

I have us updated to here! I'm impressed with everyone's time management skills. . .want to come down here and give me some lessons?? ;) I hope everyone has a terrific Friday!! :thumbsup2

I finally got off the zero count this month. I've got 4 pages done. Woohoo and I've sorted some more so hopefully I'll get more done soon.

I have not done anything all week because I was ready to do 2 seperate trips to the zoo, and I had no zoo stuff. The weather turned so crappy, that I wasn't able to drive in to the city and pick anything up. But I am going to a crop tonight at my LSS, so I am hoping to get a lot accomplished!! Hope you all have a productive Friday.:thumbsup2

I am hoping that now that I have started this album that it will be easier to do more pages. The title page is the hardest right?
