It is a fish extender, as rooms on one side of the ship will have a fish, and the other side will have a seahorse you can hang it from. You can participate on these boards or other social media sites to find groups organizing a FE gift exchange to participate in.

You can check on the other big social media site, but most groups close a couple of months prior to sail date to allow time for people to shop and put together gifts.
