Really they are just for fun and if it inspired you do work on a page or use something new/not too used then it worked even if you didn't get it done in the time limit. Post it when you finish anyway- we would love to see it.

Cheryl - I forgot I wanted to tell you this about embossing powder...

Sometimes I need a certain color brad and don't have it. But, I have that color embossing powder. I emboos the brads to be the color I need. Did that in a couple of swaps.

OK I did something cool. I had my Winter title for the Holiday swap and something was missing. I bought these swirly stickled wires from Michael's (recollections) but it wasn't working.

So I took clear stickles and dabbed spots on the title then rubbed it with my fingers. The stickles spread out around the edges of the word and the white background paper picked up some blue from the bling, who know bling colors ran when wet.

Anyway now it has this really cool shimmer to it!

I apologize for the pics being blown out but I couldn't do flash, you can't see the glitter so I had to edit it.

I'm up to 8 pages tonight!!

I use them with my embossing powders, but otherwise, I don't use stamps much.

Although I have tons. I should probably sell those things or trade for other stuff.

OK- now have 6 pages completed. What were clean scrapping tables 3 hours ago, now look like a disaster struck!!
The snow is coming down pretty solidly now, and I am taking a break!
