I just got approved for one last week but don't have it yet...

When codes do come out, do they sell out very quickly? Is this something that I need to jump on right away and make new reservations myself, or is it okay to give my TA time to change my reservations over if the code is a better deal?

Also, I have a Disney Visa but I would rather pay with my rewards Amex. Is that okay for purposes of getting the Disney Visa discount?

Ahhhhhhh!!! I want codes today too! I've been checking my email & the passholder site every few minutes.

I have been holding back on making my reservations (so as to be flexible if codes are only for certain dates) but if nothing comes out today I'll just go ahead and make them I guess...I know I'm already in the slow lane as I haven't made any ADR's either.

I know you'll at least have to use the Visa for your deposit--I'm not sure on the balance. On my last booking, I already had made a deposit with another card, then had to use the Disney Visa for ANOTHER deposit to get the discount.

This CAN happen. Last year, I was booked at the Poly in January with the AAA rate. AP rates came out and they were MORE money than the AAA discount!

I know that code will come out when I cannot be reached! Silly me. They (Disney) know we are sitting on pins and needles so they probibly won't come out til later in the week! Stop messing with our minds!

I was just looking at old emails from my TA and it looks like I got a Jan code last year on Oct 31/07. So hopefully, we'll see something by the end of this week!

I just read your post on when the codes came out last year. A Canadian only code came out on Oct 25th lst year, so you are right - any time now.

I received an e-mail Saturday with a 40% off code. Called Sunday and made reservations for Jan. 25th - Jan. 30. I was so psyched, I bet the CM thought I was nuts !!

The only time I had this happen was when I was doing 2 pricing seasons in same trip and was before each night was own price.

It was a pin Sorry if I got anyones hopes up, but keep watching because I'm sure they will be releasing alot of codes here shortly. The CM I spoke with said they had availability in every resort we were interested in. So I'm sure they will do what they can to fill them up.

I just checked the Mousesavers site, and they have updated their "Latest News & Hot Deals" section as of today's date.....but NO January discounts for WDW are listed.

I am guessing maybe we are out of luck for today?

Yes, I'm wondering this too!! Do the codes remain available (the public ones) for as long as you can use them? Or do they "run out" after a certain time? Is there a reason to rush to call in with them once they're out?
