Jan 2007 codes?

I am also going in Jan. before and after a Wonder cruise. We usually go in Jan/Feb and as I recall, codes and specials usually aren't out until October. I hate to wait too, but think we may have a while longer.

Thats because they are holding out because they are going to release an AMAZING code for Jan. Here's to hoping....

I like your attitude :cheer2:

Here's to hoping :cool1:

I'm waiting as well. I would LOVE a great code. Currently we have 2 standard rooms at POP, 6 day hopper passes, & dining for 7 people (2 kids, 5 adults) on Jan 29 to Feb 3. Our cost now is $3600 ($5700 with airfare), so ANY discount is welcomed. :thumbsup2

Well I just booked my family of three for 6 nights in Jan. 07 at the WL with a 1 day base ticket, the dining plan and a standard view through AAA for $1973 and some change. I was glad to get that price but my agent said it's possible for a code to come out after the current one expires. Crossing my fingers!

Subscribing to this thread!

We're trying to squeeze in a trip in early January before DH has to go back to school (he's a teacher). We went to WDW for 8 days at WL in December 2005 and just bought a house this summer, so this "bonus" trip we'll be doing a value resort. I'd love a discount so we could move up to a moderate!

I'm looking for Jan codes as well. We are going Jan 13-20. We have never been there during this time, usually go around Oct - Dec. By the way what does bumping mean and what does it do?

Subscribing! We are most looking forward to our Jan/Feb WDW trip because the weather is perfect! (At least J/F 2006 it was!)

I'll also be going in Jan. Can you book your vacation and then apply a code after if one comes out? We haven't booked yet. But we priced it out at a little over $4000 for the POFQ, tickets and dining. I'm holding out for a code!

Absolutely! That's the only reason we booked. I asked the CM and she said as soon as discounts are released to call reservations and ask to have it applied to the existing reservation. Last year they came out right after Halloween. Keeping our fingers crossed.

Subscribed too! Another fellow Canadian here!
My wife and I (no kids, end of 20s) are going between Jan 19-28 (Disney + Universal). Staying at Pop Century.

Would greatly appreciate a code for stay+dinning. No reservation made yet... should I book right away or wait for a discount?

Rack rate for WL standard view is $215 and I got 15% off with AAA, so it was $182.75 before tax. I don't know when you're going, but you might want to book quick as standard view rooms go quickly, but are much cheaper than woods or courtyard views.

Did you get this AAA rate online or through Disney? My AAA online rate is coming up $215 A NIGHT FOR January. :confused3

IF you want to book a room only, just call Disney and make a reservation using your AAA discount. They will ask you for your AAA number.

Ummm. :rolleyes1 Am I the only one who's hoping there's only a "little" incentive to visit in January 2007? I USED to hope for free dining like everyone else, but then to read the horror stories about the number of people in the parks because of this year's free dining...I don't know. I think I'd rather happily stay at my value resort and have the parks to ourselves (and hope to be able to get some walk-up TS restaurants) :goodvibes

looking for a January code as well!!!! I think I will go ahead and make my room only reservation and ask to have any code applied when released - BUT if I decided to change room-only to a package, can I do that also at any time?

I agree - I would rather pay for my own meals than deal with huge crowds......A nice room discount and/or a ticket upgrade would be nice, but they can keep their free dining for hurricane season. :teeth:

I just booked BC concerige with a AAA rate. Didn't ask for me triple AAA number. I would love a code.

Not all the CM's ask for your AAA number, but some do. I made a reservation earlier this month through CRO and the CM did ask for my AAA number.
