Hi, I'm LuAnn Weiner. I haven't posted in a while, but I'm really looking forward to the cruise. This will be the 7th Disney cruise for my daughter and myself, the second for my sister, and the very first time for my brother-in-law.

I keep thinking about the grand marnier souffle, although the chocolate one at Palo is really awesome, too!!

Hello all! We are the Kohlman family from Wisconsin and we are booked on this cruise as well. It will be my third Disney Cruise and a first for the rest of my family. We have an 8 year old daughter and an almost 6 year old son.

We'll be on this cruise with a large extended family group. It will actually be our 11th cruise, so our first as Platinum CC-ers. We weren't able to take advantage of the 120 booking window because we only leave for our 10th cruise on Friday-- we're doing a CC double-dip on the Wonder.

I have a favor to ask-- are there any Platinum or Concierge folks in this group? Our booking window opens while we are on a cruise, and I wanted to know if it was worth staying up and buying internet access to try to book when it opens. I wondered if there were any cabanas still available on the family beach (to see if it would be worth trying for). We have a party of 10 that ranges from grandparents to infants, so it would be well worth it if there was one available. I was hoping someone who could already see availability could check. TIA!

Good Morning Everyone. My wife and I will be sharing the wonderful warm January Caribbean sun with all of you on this magical voyage. This is our 4th DCL cruise. Also I'd like to take a quick minute and remind anyone who is here and would like to participate in a Fish Extender Exchange, we are going to close the rolls on October 27th. Hello Disney Friends! My name is Patty, I'm on the fb board and didn't know this existed.
This is my family's first Disney Cruise! We are celebrating my 40th birthday, which is January 11th. I'm also running the WDW half marathon on January 10th!

Sailing with hubby, DS 13, DD 10.

We also have another family sailing with us - this is their 1st Disney Cruise. They are celebrating their 20th Wedding Anniversary - January 8th (I think).
They have 2 DDs age 10 &4.

Just booked this for dh and myself! This will be our 5th DCL and first on the new ship!!!! Is it too late to join FE???? Please!!! We had a blast on the last FE , 14 day Panama Canal.

Just booked our first ever cruise and first ever Disney anything! I have two girls ages 8 and 9 who have no idea about this until we pull up to the ship on Jan 10th!! Talk about a surprise! Would love to join the FE! Looking forward to a huge adventure with all of you!

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS as they have since FE began (also here on the DIS).

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM.

Has anyone done this shore excursion ?

"Best of St. Thomas Island Tour and Shopping" ? Any good ?

Also how far a walk is it from the downtown shopping area back to the ship ? With 5 ships in port the day we get there I want to have something pre-planned !
