So Thursday and Friday were both pretty good days. I didn't get my work out done in the morning....again so I had to do it at night. I didn't do any exercise on Friday though.....well I take that back, I had to move about 50 boxes or so at work and they were heavy. So I will count that. My arms and legs are sore from all the lifting!
I didm't make the 100 0z of water either day. I was a little bummed about that. Today is a new day. Thursday I got in a little over 64oz and yesterday I got in 64 as well. Not bad, but could have been better. Thursday I was on my own for dinner and didn't know what sounded good. I really wanted to stop at Wendys and grab some chicken and fries with a frosty, but I didn't. I decided to make a turkey and cheese grilled sandwich with 1 cup of rice. The rice was not the best for me, but it was good. I had enough to take 1 cup to work with me on Friday. Friday we had plans and we didn't have time to cook dinner at home, so we went to Long John Silvers - YUM! I had two pieces of chicken with ranch dressing and a few french fries. i didn't eat a whole lot, may 15-20. That is just a guess. We got home late so I didn't get to exercise last night. I usually take the weekends to rest, but if the weather cooperates, I may take a bike ride after BB tonight.
So far today, I have done pretty good. I got up and had breakfast at nine. I slept in! We got home reallly late!!!!!! Then at 1 I had six crackers with some cheese. I am going to have some yogurt here in a bit. That should hold me over till dinner. I am thinking of BBQ hotdogs! What's new huh!!!!
Well I have finally started to pull things from the closet for vacation. I probably won't start to pack for a few more days.But who knows. I may start later this weekend. I need to get to the grocery store to get some granola bars to take with me. We also need a few other items as well. I don't know when I will get that done. May wait until next Saturday.
