Thank you everyone for your kind words. I made a decision last night and I know that it is what is best for me. I love my DH very much, but I am just going to ignore him when he talks bad about my "diet" or whatever he considers it. I have tried to talk to him and tell him how much it would mean if I could have his support, and it works for a while. Then he turns back to this. So I am going to continue what I am doing, eating right, working out and coming here. That works for me!!!!! I know that our vacation is going to be hard because he can be pushy about things that I would normally eat that I am not going to this time. I may eat a few things, but I am not going to over do it like I do every other time. Thanks again everyone, your kind words mean a lot to me.
So yesterday was day 7 on my cheat free!!!!! YAY
I feel great. Not that I was cheating before, but making it real by joining the cheat free. If that makes sense!
Yesterday
B at 5:30 1/ 3 cup cereal with 1/3 milk
S at 8:30 1 peach with splenda
L at 12:00 turkey and cheese sandwich with 1/3 serving goldfish
S at 3:00 1 cup fresh strawberries with splenda
D at 7:00 2 corn tacos with low fat cheese. I really wanted BBQ hotdogs, but the weather told me no
I did 25 minutes of weights. I drank 64 oz of water. I was also hoping to go for a bike ride....nope

bad weather!!! I was tired of the hot, now I am tired of the cold and rain. Yes it is cold!!! We are in the 60's today....unusal for here.

Chris- thanks for the menus for DL. I new that they were out there WDW just not DL. I have been to DL so many times I never thought to look. But since I am trying to lose weight, I checked it out. I am going to plan some meals once my vacation gets closer.
