Hi All,
Wow today has been busy busy!!!! I didn't have much time to do much of anything but work!!!! I still have a team member that is out, he has the flu, and because of that, I am really busy!!! So I am going to try and get to journals tonight....if not please know that I am thinking of each of you!
Well yesterday was really good. I so didn't want to get out of bed. It was so cold here last night and my bed was so warm!!!! But I knew that I woudl regret not getting up, so I did!!!! I got in 30 minutes. Not as many as I would have liked, but at least it was something!

B @ 5:15 Aunt Jamima instake breakfast - not the healthiest for me, but it was good and it was a change!
S@ 8:30 1 cup yogurt, didn't actually finish it until 9:30 though. I was training!
L @ 12:00 Health Choice Chickem Alfredo and 1 medium apple
S @ 3:00 1/2 serving of goldfish
D @ 7:00 1 1/2 slices of cheese pizza. We bought the cheesy bites pizza from Pizza Hut and OMgoodness....that is good. Very filling though. Usually my Dh can eat like 4-6 pieces of pizza and he could only get down 2. Not all that healthy, but it was good.
Water intake was good....I met my goal again!!! Yippie!!!!
Thanks for all the kind words....they mean a lot to me. Cam - no I sure don't mind you updating my totals. In fact I appreicate it. This week has just been crazy!!! Thanks again!!!
Cam & Amy, I usually try and go to bed anytime between 8-9pm. I have noticed that if I can get to bed by 8:30 or I feel really good. Any time after that I don't feel all that great! But it works.....I would rather get up early than sleep in to be honest. I can't really sleep in on the weekends either. I am usually up at 6 am or so! Crazy I know!
