Does anyone know if Don at the IPO celebrates Christmas? He's been so helpful to us and I wanted to find a small gift to show our thanks. I found the perfect thing but it's Christmas-related.

Can it really be warm enough in Dec/Jan to wear t-shirts? We went twice this time of year when I was a child and neither time was particularly warm, so we're being prepared this time with layers. But it's still hard to believe it might be t-shirt weather.

Florida is weird in the winter, sometimes you get tropical weather - like today it was 84 and sometimes you get 50 degrees. I suggest layers, tee shirts, sweaters, and then a jacket on standby. Last time we went in December (2004) it was warmer in Toronto than Orlando... Crazy stuff.

Our flight gets in at 1pm on Dec 13th

...we visited WDW in 1999 during Christmas week and it was VERY cold! We even had to purchase heavy sweatshirts, hot cocoa, and a jacket when we were at Epcot watching Illuminations because it had gone down to 45 degrees!!

Well, I don't know if can start dancing yet, but I will be at the AKL on Friday! We are only doing two nights, but I am still looking forward to my second stay there! I hope to see some other AKL fans.

Hi everyone.

Can anyone tell me if all/most of the rooms at the AKL have balcony's?? We have booked a room overlooking the pool. Do those have balcony's or just a window? Thanks!

We had a pool view room, and a balcony. I was told all pool view rooms do have a full balcony, and it seemed that way to me. It was nice. Enjoy!

Yes even the parkinglot/bus view rooms have balconies. For sure all the pool view do - unless you are on the ground floor and they have patios with sliding doors.
