Jambo House value vs standard studio

I have two nights reserved at Jambo House studios: the first night is the value studio and the second is a standard studio. Sorry for my ignorance, but is there a difference in the value accommodations or is it just that they reserve a special number at a reduced poking price. I’m asking because it’d be great if we didn’t have to move rooms, however, I totally get it if they block off certain rooms for value. Any one know how that works? Is there a shot for me to ask to stay in the same room for 2 nights? Thanks!

Value rooms are slightly smaller in size from the standard / savannah rooms. You would not be allowed to stay in the same room unless you received some pixie dust and they upgrade your value night at check in and then are able to link the reservations together to keep you in the same room.

Thanks a lot. Normally I’d just go another time, but I picked these two nights up as October 2nd through 4th. I already had October 4-6 at VGF. Trying to string together a stay for 50th anniversary weekend. Thanks for the feedback.

I would put in a waitlist for a standard view room on the night you have the value room (standard is more likely to open than value) and then if you get it member services can merge the 2 reservations at AKV.
