So I've read so many times that Jack Skellington is usually pretty easy to find but Sally is hit or miss. Is there a day &/or time of day that we are more likely to see Sally as well?
When we were there last week, We got our pic's with Jack during the day, later that night we noticed sally was with him while we were waiting for the train to come. I think she's only out in the evening but don't quote me
We saw Jack alone this morning about 9:30 or so and got in line. Around 9:45 he took a break to see if Sally had pulled herself together.
He returned a little before 10 am with Sally.
Quite an experience for our 6yo who just saw the movie a couple weeks ago!

You must have been in the same line as us! Jack went to get Sally right when it was our turn, we were so excited! We had a magic picture taken with zero while we were waiting for them to come back

Basically, get in line when you see Jack only. If you line up when you see Sally, odds are she will leave before you get there. Sometimes you can ask to wait for Sally, she usually pops in every once and awhile.

I was telling my husband about the responses & he had a good question. Normally there is a CM character helper who will cut off the line and turn people away - do they not do that for the Jack line?

For us they didn't close the line for the switch if this is what your husband is worried about. They announced Jack would take a break for some minutes and then return with Sally and we were welcome to wait if we wanted.

We got in line about 2:15 today when it was Jack. Almost right away the handler told us Jack would be leaving, but NOT to leave the line and he would be back in less than 5 mins and bring Sally with him. True to his word, they were back in under that. And great character interaction!
