It is so close we can taste it! I am almost packed, I have tons of laundry to do! BF hasnt even started (like I thought he would be ) but I could've expected that. I'm going over to his house and I'm pretty scared of what I'll find. He's not exactly Type-A organized. Maybe in the X or Y department if you want to scale it. I want to get some pictures on here later tonight of the packing process. Only DISsers would love that. And I love that. So here.

I used ziploc baggies to get WAY organized! Can anyone spot the hidden mickey on my carry-on bag?

Yesterday was insanely stressful. We were trying to fax in our request to CBR but everywhere we went to try to fax we got denied or confused or angry or a closed sign. I was not a happy camper. All I kept thinking was "Hello Trinidad South." But me and DBF sat down and watched Peter Pan to get ourselves excited for the trip and that made me feel a little better. Nonetheless, this morning we got the fax sent and hopefully they'll grant our requests. We werent too needy. Jamaica or Aruba. Facing a courtyard. Thats all. Pleeassee?

Tomorrow will probably be the last time I'll be checking in because we are leaving Monday to drop Cash off and spend the night at a relative who will be taking us to the airport. It is very exciting but very very stressful. Its like you want to tell the world, "Stop moving please. I'm going on vacation and would appreciate it if you would stop so I can get ready." Guess it doesnt happen like that.

I cant tell you how many little pieces of paper are everywhere with to-do lists. I just cant get it together!

We don't leave until Tuesday, but today is takeoff day! Today we'll be finishing up all the last minute things like dropping off Cash. Since we're taking him to a "pet resort", I keep saying "Are you ready to go on vacation, Cash?" (Yes, I talk to my animals on a regular basis. I love them. ) And all John says is "Are you ready to go to the big house?" And I'm sure all Cash is thinking "Food? Food?" BUT...then we are running last minute errands and then heading to a relative's house to enjoy my birthday dinner before trying to get to bed.

I am so excited! I wish I had something more to report on, but all I can say is we are packed and antsy! I am really nervous for the flight. Here and our connecting city has thunderstorms forecasted and I REALLY don't want to deal with delays! Its DBF first time flying and I don't want it to be complicated! Speaking of, I'll be checking in online with SW in about 7 hours, cross your fingers that we get A's.

We dont have a printer here, so I can just check in online here and print them out later at our relatives house right?

Thats all for now! I might check back in the morning but I just want to say a big Thank You to everyone who has read my PTR and given nice comments and answered my (sometimes clueless) questions! I will try to be the best trip reporter I can and take plenty of pictures!

I just read your pre-trip report. Your gramma reminds me of my grandma--especially when she found the Mickey Mouse ponchos from the 2000 trip. I hope you get something from the dream squad. Have fun!

We're back!!

We had an amazing time and cannot wait to go back! We are already planning for next summer. We had beautiful weather and had a great time all around. Its so much fun to see Disney through the eyes of someone who has never been there before. I cant wait to write the TR, I'm waiting to transfer the pics from John's Mac to my laptop so I can get started! We took over 950 pictures, so be prepared!
