but I was just so worried about getting to the plane door and because my son can't sit on the 'normal' plane seat was worried we would have to go home. I know what you are saying but there is nothing to help, a link or even an email address to email in private (that I can find anyway) if you have a disablity and I understand 100% how they must make everything 100% secure but I would rather know now than get to a plane door and get turned back. Bit different if you have a high level of injury and it is vital equipment in your day to day living than say getting told to dump your water bottle or toothpaste. Maybe you are getting more information on the do's and don'ts in the USA that we are.
