Ivy

We have an ivy plant that is starting to get big, and I wanted to do something with it. I don't have a place where I can put it where the plant can crawl so I need an idea different from that.

How about up, Patsy? Do you have a bare wall or fence you could have it grow on?

We have some ivy, but it's in containers. It can be moderately invasive, so we hack at it to keep it in line.

Nope but that is a good idea. Maybe I could have Kevin and my dad put something together for me.

Nope no bare wall or fence area that hasn't been taken already by other plants, so maybe I will ask my dad and Kevin to build me something.

Kims right it can get invasive. How about a simple topiary out of wire in a large pot. I built one out of coat hangers once. If you can grow it up and around the wire you could then put flowers under it

Deb, do you have a picture of your topiary? Maybe I could try that or something with chicken wire.
