I've never received the 2001 WDW Vacation Planning Video......

that I ordered last fall, so I'm going to try again. Does anyone have the 800# to call in Ontario? I can't seem to find the number amongst the "reams" of paperwork I have concerning Disney!!

I'm in the same boat! I ordered one last November and have never received it. I also ordered the cruise video a month ago, let's see if that one gets here

I did a search for you and came up with two numbers:
1-800-854-7626(this one here the request is done by touch tone phone)

1-800-839-3555(not quite sure by the post whether it was a live person you talk or done by phone)

I have ordered the Cruise video on the website and it did come.

Hope one of those numbers works. Interestingly enough, I got a 2001 planning video without even asking. Maybe because I ordered the 2000 one? Oh well, at least it gave DH a little nudge toward planning our next WDW vacation.

I think you just call 1-407-W-Disney and they have a phone message that gives you the option of ordering a video. We did that and got the video in less than 2 weeks. Good luck!
