I went onto the Virgin post booking site to pay for our holiday, I put in the details but the site wasnt working properly and wouldnt let us do it, we didnt even get close to paying. So I went onto online banking and tried to transfer the money and it wouldnt let me do it. So I ring the bank who tell me that I dont have enough money to pay for the holiday as transactions have gone through for over £2000 but they cant tell me what they are as the systems are down!!
By this point I am nearly in tears and convinced that someone has cloned our card or something!
I get put through to another department who tell me that its possible that Virgin did take the money, so I check the online invoice and they had!! I have not been that scared in a long time! Its a bit over dramatic but this holiday means so much to me and I thought someone had taken all our money!
I need a stiff drink and a holiday to calm down now!!
