I remember you posting about Laura in 2002 (I had just found the Dis). Over the years I've thought of so many different people that I have read about here, Laura being one of them. She and your family will be in my thoughts tonight and in the future.

They sent us home. When we got to the hospital they said they figured out a way for her to have the IV treatments at home. They didn't like her being in the hospital exposed to so many germs. So she has the IV in her arm and a home health nurse is coming in tonight, tomorrow and Saturday to administer the meds.

We are so tired. Stuff like this is emotionally exhausting.

Kitty, you are amazing. Prayers for you that you may continue to do well. Its so nice to read your perspective since you've been through it. But it scares me as well. Her first IV dose will be in about 90 minutes. :scared:
