iTunes Help Needed

I Just Bought The "What Time Is It" Single and When i tried to put it on my computer i got a message saying "Error occurred while converting the file "What Time Is It". An unknown error occurred [-223]." Anyone know how to fix this?

try installing quicktime standalone
