Itune cards

Do itune cards expire? My dd's are getting ipod touch for Christmas and a couple family members are giving them itune cards. There grandmother is giving them 50.00 each itune cards and another family member is giving them itune cards too around 20.00 each so they will end up having a total of 140.00 itune credit together. Do these cards expire? How long will it take to go through that much credit?

Itunes cards do not expire, but if you have teens they WILL burn the itunes cards with purchases of games , music and videos. I have 2 teens and they use $75-80 a year easy.

So very true!!! My dd could easily spend that in about 6 months, she LOVES music and apps! Especially if they have not had a Touch before, they will find tons of stuff they want. I bet they will not last nearly as long as you think

I am not a teen and I used over a $100 buying music for myself & for work in the last year. Not that difficult to do.

DD15 got about $150 for last Christmas and her birthday in July, she's only got $20 left. lol Kids go through that money super fast. But to ease your mind, no they do not expire, DD12 has some from last year she hasn't used at all and they are still good.

Thanks everyone. I was beginning to think that they would have all this money in itune cards and not getting used up. Yes this is there 1st ipod touch and coming from someone that doesn't even own an iphone or any other up to date technology so I have no clue as to what I am doing with them

Target has the $60 pack on sale today for $54! I very good deal.

don't forget thet you can but App's w/ITune's cards as well. Picked one up for DD's BF as he loads those like crazy.
