My kids were 6 and 4 when we went, and HATED HATED HATED It's Tough To Be A Bug. I didn't want to take them, but Grandma insisted . . . hope you had a good time with all the screaming, there, Nana.

(Actually, from some of her descriptions, I think she may have had it confused with Honey, I Shrunk The Audience, but I don't think the kids would have liked that either

)
6yo was on my lap, crying at the top of her lungs, from the time that Hopper showed up until the end - which I guess is good, because she couldn't feel the "poke". (I didn't either, by the way.) 4yo, who is a bit braver, spent most of the time yelling that it was too loud.
Let's see, you get farted at, sprayed with insecticide, squirted with poison, surrounded by hornets in the dark -- yeah, THAT's entertainment!

I mean, it's well done and all, but what exactly is it that people like about this show?
I didn't think I'd get them into Philharmagic after that, but they went; they didn't like that either.

Maybe they would have liked it if they hadn't seen ITTBAB first.
