I left you off at us leaving Epcot and heading back to CSR. We slept very well that night!

Today was Jophia's 9th wedding anniversary!! Today we also got to "sleep in". We didn't have a breakfast adr til 8:35! Waking up anytime after 6 am felt like a new found luxury!!

Jophia like to eat at Kona every year for their anniversary breakfast! We were HAPPY to join them! We loved this place last year! On our way to breakfast, I got a phone call from my dad with some bad news (that i'd rather not get into) and it put a bit of a damper on my mood for a little bit. My apologies to Jophia for being a bummer outter on their special day!

Despite my bumming, I enjoyed my breakfast just as much this year as I did last year! I got the Big Kahuna! and BIG it was:

Those pancakes are to dieeeee for! Joe and John had the same thing as I did, and Kayla has french toast. Jack shared with me I think! Sophia and Alice had the 2 egg breakfast or something of that nature. Everyone enjoyed there meal! After we were done eating, the waitress brought out a cupcake for the anniversary couple:

once we were done, it was time for our photo shoot! Again, Sophia booked a photo shoot and asked if we would join her for it! She insisted it would be a great anniversary gift lol..how could I say no!! We met the photographer, who was seriously a bit weird, off, whatever! but he did wind up getting some good shots! It was weird to have someone directing m e what to do.not sure I could ever be famous LOL! But like I said, he got some good shots!

Originally we had planned to finish up DAK or DHS today, but we decided we got everything we wanted done there while we were there the previous days. SCORE! This left a day open to do whatever.. Thinking back, i should have taken a rest day, but we didn't! We decided to head to MK!! I just can't get enough of that place! I decided that today would be the perfect opportunity for us to go meet Tinkerbelle! Since it wasn't planned to go there, why not take that "extra" time and do the longer stuff, instead of wasting valuable scheduled MK days!! Smart, huh??

I aksed everyone if it would be ok to take the boat over to MK. We had never taken any of Disney's boats anywhere, and I knew Jack would LOVE it! We got to the dock just as a boat was pulling in ! jack loved it, and I thought it was a super neat experience. I could sit there all day!

Once we got to MK, we split up with Jophia. I didn't think they should waste park time while we were standing in a line for Tink! We decided we would take a train ride over to toon town! Another favorite for Jack to do!

Well once we got to toon town, we were thanking our stars that we told Jophia to go off and do their own thing! The line for tink had over an hour wait! Apparently the camera broke down... REALLLY?? Crap like that annoys me to no end! You are DISNEY world! and you can't have a back up camera or 5? like seriously! All in all we winded up waiting 2 hours! It was well wort the wait though, as it made Kayla's life!

How CUTE is this Tink?? Like seriously adorable!

The photo pass people got some good pics and I do not have those yet ..keep yer eyes peeled!

After all that fun we decided to stick around the shop in toon town and do some shopping. We all took turns going potty too! After that we decided to ride the barn stormer. That was a walk on! SCORE! After that we headed back to the tent for some reason..maybe to get our stroller, and I pretty much walked right into Kelly's husband Jeff..took us both a second to realize who we were lol When we did, we were like oh heyyy , i didn't know you were gonna be here today, well i wasn't, well wow cool, hi! The kids were stoked to see each other, and we decided we would hang together for a bit and check la casa de Mickey and Minnie!! Kayla adores visiting Minnie Mouses house!

At Least Mickey grows a garden I can get down with!

Then it was time to go see Minnie Mouses house!! Her house was WAY more crowded than Mickey's!! Mickey;s you could walk right through, Minnie's was packed and you could barely walk! Not so much fun really.

But I did get our annual minnie mouse couch shot..although, it sucks this year People were just so rude and would just walk and walk and walk and not even look to see if someone was taking a pic!

After that we decided we would say goodbye to our friends and head to the Hall of Presidents! Kayla was soooo excited to see Obama! We took the train back down, and then got caught waiting due to the 3pm parade! Unfortunately it was crowded and I got craptastic pics ;/

Finally the parade was over and we got to the Hall Of Presidents! This was pretty cool! Kayla was stoked, and really enjoyed it! I love how nerdy she is

After hoP it was time to head over to the GF for our 5 pm ADR at 1900 Park Fare! I know, me, eating at a dinner buffet! We were meeting Jophia here tonight and taking her mom with us for dinner, so that she and Joe could have a nice romantic dinner alone! Tonight Sophia had a surprise for her hubs and we decided to keep it secret from my family as well!! bwhahahah! We met up there and parted ways. Our adr was for 5 and Jophias was for 5:30... apparently 1900 didn;t care because they took foreverrr to seat us!! While we were sitting there talking, Sophia's mom almost ruined the surprise..lol I gave her the look and she quickly fixed it! Whewwww!

Finally our buzzer went off and it was time to sit down and eat! Soon after we got our food, the characters started coming out for pics and autographs!

He was DEFINITELY charming!! He even made me blush LOL Jack wanted in on te pics too!

Then it was time for Cinderella! This would be the 3rd time we would meet her, so we were all eh... lol! She was quite sweet though!

Then Lady Tremaine came out! Man she was awesome and totally played a great part! She noticed our "Just engaged" buttons, and then grabbed my hand to see the ring, and called Anastasia over and she then scolded her for not being married, and why couldn't she find a nice man like John LOL. This had the kids and myself in stitches!

Then it was time for Anastasia and Drizella to come say hi! I was ok with booking 1900 because I knew we woudl meet them! They were fantastic! Played the part porfecto, as jack would say!

Drizella may be my new favorite character! She was brilliant!

After they all came around there was an announcement about Drizella singing and dancing or something! and all the kids could go up. She did a great job!

When she was singing, she made sure to sound awful, and the kids thought this was hysterical! So did we!

All in all, I think 1900 is very unfairly rated! I have heard such awful things about this place, that I was terrified to eat here! While not everything was awesome, most of it was pretty dang good! I would def eat there again, and I am now not as scared to eat at dinner buffets! I will say this, some of the food was salty as reported, but not all of it! So if you like those characters, give it a try!

After dinner it was time to meet back up with Jophia! They reported that dinner was great! I think I forgot to mention it earlier, but they were eating at the Grand Floridian Cafe! She said it is now a must do place for her! So i am excited to try it next year!

Unfortunately, it was still early , and we had time to waste before our surprise... what to do what to do... OH, I know, let's find the beach so I can get pics of the kids.. so I started randomly walking around. I swore I knew where I was going, but Joe fought with me. Looking back I probably should have listened to him for a bit lol.

Of course I took random pics until we reached the boat dock. Our surorise was a wishes cruise! Sophia had set this up months ago to surprise Joe and asked if we would join her! Unfortunately, they gave her the wrong info when to check in!! So we were mega early! and how do you not make it obvious that you are there for a surprise without talking to a captain and what not?? I pretended I had questions and asked the captain on the sly what time we needed to check in and what not.. I also said, keep a smile on your face and pretend you are giving me directions, we are surprising all these people!! he told me what time we had to be there and my heart sank!! we had almost an hour to kill!! So what did I do?? took pics of course!! I also made a phone call to my gramma that took 18 years!

Disney got some lamppost dusting to do!

While many of you may shake your head at me, I am just going to come right out and say it! I do NOT get the big deal about GF?? I have NO desire to stay there. Other than it being a monorail resort, and the few activities you can do there, I have no attraction to it. The grounds are beautiful at night though!

Then finally they started decorating the boat and I am positive that Joe caught on! John and the kids however are dumb as rocks sometimes and totally had no clue!

Finally the jig was up and we told everyone! The kids were sooo excited, and Joe swore he knew the whole time..I don't believe him though! John had no clue and was blown away that we would be doing something so cool! To be honest, I had a moment to myself where I could barely believe the wonderful things that we were getting to experience on this trip! So again, a big thank you to Sophia for affording our family all these wonderful opportunities!!

the boat was decorated sooo cool, and no one else doing a cruise did the decor or snacks! I was feeling big pimpin!! lol!!

Sophia also had another surprise for Joe! She ordered him a special anniversary cake, and it was BEAUTIFUL! That bakery does an amazing job!

Joe was blinded by my light...

We took off and he showed us all around the bays and lakes and all that jazz. Told us interesting stories and different tidbits of history! I enjoyed this immensely, so did John! it's kind of sad all the space they have that they don't use!

I felt like royalty being on this lil' pontoon boat! It was so cool to see everything lit up at night and to see all the other people who were on boats, enjoying this night!

There's a Magic Kingdom in there if you look real close!

Coolest fact of the night was hearing about the water bridge. Apparently there aren't many and Disney has one. I never thought about it as we drove under it all those times. John was blown away! He LOVES that sort of geeky info! He still talks about it

After giving an awesome tour, the captain stopped so we could cut the cake and get our grub on! I tried saving room at dinner, but I was stuffed! The cake was still amazing though!

Then it was time to park and watches wishes! Good grief.. let me just tell you! This was truly magical! I highly suggest you all try and do this with your family! Sophia also got them to pipe in the music, so it was extra amazing!

This is by far the most awesome wishes I had seen to date! Then the captain was kind enough to wait around for the electrical water pagent, which we had never seen! ANOTHER first!!

This was AWESOME! The music was hilarious! We all super enjoyed being able to stay around for that! and what an awesome way to see it for teh first time! Up close and personal!

When we got back to the doc we took a couple pics to close out the night!

After we got off the boat, we found out that the people who took out the big yacht boat thingy winded up breaking down while out in the water and had to be towed back! What a bust! I woulda been pissssed! They got their money refunded , but still!

Today was an awesome day! We all really enjoyed ourselves and all I could think was, How am I going to top this?? I'll be taking suggestions from here on out lol!

I just finished reading the new update. My DH and kids and I ate at the same meal at the GF two years ago. I loved the characters. My daughter loved the strawberry soup. However, I agree with you, I did not see the mass appeal at this hotel.

Your firework pictures were great. I am so glad you got to see the electrical parade. We saw the end of it one night.

It sounds as if your trip keeps getting better and better. Your kids in the hammock are too cute!
