Loving your Epcot Day!! It looks like they never have a full lineup of good princesses at Akershus! We had a very pretty Ariel but a bad Snow White. Our Sleeping Beauty's both were kinda...eh (but different ones) and Cinderella's were both pretty and may even be the same from when I went! I can't tell...

I wish we could've met Marie from the Aristocats! My mom would've died! That's like her favorite movie! Do they ever have the boy cats out? I almost like those ones better (but I still lover her too!)

When we went to Innoventions they hardly had anything going! Looked like your family had a good time in there though!

You guys still with me?? Sorry I was on such an awesome roll and then life got in the way..work, soccer games, going back to te gym..and most importantly, we found a pre-school for Jack! He starts MONDAY Uhm..when did my baby grow up on me?? and what's worse, is that it dawned on me, he will be a Kindergartner this time 2 years from now! Bollocks~! Worse than that, the year he goes in K, Kayla will be starting 5th grade!!! Him starting pre-school has really made me think about this stuff!

Ok..sorry..back to the scheduled program!!

I left you all off at Innoventions and heading to the other innoventions..ones east, ones west.. not sure which we started at ...and too lazy to check


When we walked in, we saw a really cool fire safety station, but bypassed that and headed straight down. I forget where John was, but he met us there. We all played video games for a bit. Joe seemed to love that! Then John spotted the test a segaway station and instantly decided he must do it! He has been dying to try one of these things for a longgggg time! I said what the heck and signed myself up too! Pardon how FAT I look.. these pics are the reason I am going back to the gym... I swear I don't really look like that in real life... I mean I guess I must somewhat.. but good grief... scary pics!

Then it was my turn!

WOW!!!! these things are supeeerrrr fun!! I really really enjoyed this station! Poor Jack was totally jealous that he couldn't go on! and scaredy pants Sophia and her mom would NOT go on!! (love you Soph!)

After this we saw the piggy bank station..not sure of the technical name lol Basically it is a station that teaches kids and adults how to save money through a series of games! This thing was SOOOO fun! I highly suggest it for a great family activity! They even give you this cute lil pig that you bring from station to station, and with each thing you do you earn money and he gets all filled up! If you earn enough you can reach the goal you set in the beginning! Kayla and I chose to save for a room make over!

After this we went back to the Wheres the fire? station and played that!

This is another activity that I highly recommend !! You go in, and get flash lights, and you need to find fire safety hazards. You point the flash light at spots that you think aren't safe and that makes the problem stop. For instance in the bathroom, there was a curling iron on a towel. We would have to click on that as a fire safety! Also, you are broken into teams, the red team and blue team. Who ever stops more hazards wins. I forget what color we were, but our teams won!! It was so much fun! and made the kids think about things!

After this Sophia graciously invited us to join her to her special Visa character meet and greet! The character meet and greet started at 1. We got in line about 15 mins before that and waited about 30 mins to go in. Cool hing is, it is all hidden, so you don't know what characters you will get to meet! Today we lucked out and met Minnie,Mickey and Goofy in their regular clothes! I was stoked!

The good pics of this were on the photo pass card. Sophia will email me those as soon as she gets those!

After this meet and greet Sophia said she was going to go get some grub and then head back to CSR for a break before our ADR tonight. We said our goodbyes and then headed towards the land. On our way over we saw a CM with some cool pins and chatted with her for a bit! She was an awesome lady and the kids had a ball trading with her!

She let them wear her cool Mickey glove too!

These little magical moments are what make Disney World the happiest place on earth! At least for us!

Dinner calls, and we have fire safety night at the fire department tonight to see the fire trucks and learn about not starting fires LOL! But I wanted to give you something! I WILL update tonight and stay tuned! The biggest surprise of the trip is yet to come!

After trading some awesome pins and having a sweet talk with an awesome CM it was time to head towards the rides we hadn't ridden yet.

We went towards the Seas.i LOVE that area!

Apparently the sun was directly in theoir eyes and made them make really weird faces lol:

We were able to walk right on the Nemo ride! I know a lot of people don't care for that ride, but I love it! We all love it actually! It is visually appealing as well!

After that we decided to visit our good friend Bruce and take some pics! This is one of those must do pic spots! Unfortunately my pics didn't turn out great, because every idiot ever born was there trying to get pics of their kids..and were being rude as heck! or just letting their kids walk in front of the camera..ugh! So I have a couple crappy shots!

Then we got schooled on some shark bits

Then we did another first!! Turtle talk with Crush! I really enjoyed this, but would have liked it more if we had gotten there early and got a good spot! It was cute though!

Then we walked around a bit and enjoyed the fishies and all around aquatic theming!

After this it was time to head to the Land! We wanted to ride Soarin and were getting a bit hungry!

Can you believe we got all that food for snack credits! I mean I can believe it, but it was cool to do so! That corn chowder was awesome by the way!
The kids found a kid cot station after that and decided they wanted to do one! it was from the guy in the hat that we found out about the refurb on Fantasy land! I found out more about it when we got home! still not sure how I feel about it ;/ Also, living with the land was down for refurb I was truly bummed about that!

After kidcot it was time for Kayla and I to use our Soarin Fast passes! While we did that, John and Jack watched the lion king movie. After that it was time for us to do the last few things we wanted to see. We had never done Journey or Honey I shrunk the Audience. Ok, to be perfectly honest, I am glad we did these rides, but they will not ever be a priority.... Jack almost crapped during some parts of honey i shrunk the audience!! Honey i shrunk the kids will always have a special place in my heart though!

At this point, it was time to head towards Germany for our ADR at Biergarten.

Although the menu at Biergarten didn't appeal to me much,I knew John, Joe and Jeff would like it! Plus Germany = Beer in all their minds LOL! John was stoked about this adr fer sure! I was excited to have dinner with our whole group again!

We checked in and it seemed VERY unorganized there! We were all hot,antsy, tired and hungry and winded up having way longer than we anticipated! Finally after what seemed like forever we were seated..separately..of course..! At my table was John, Sophia and ALice.. everyone else sat at the table behind us. The way they seat here is family style, so there was another family seated with us...and omg, I still swear it was a dad with his 2 kids and mom..but John said it was his wife... they were a miserable bunch! They did not say ONE word to us!! I really enjoyed the theming in this restaurant! It was very pretty, but dark!

Then the show started! I loved it!!

Kelly's hubs is a super fun carefree guy and got up with all the kids to dance a bit!

he was dancing with them so funny that I couldn't even breathe! the kids loved it! I loved it too! It was super queer, but a great time! and I have to admit, the food wasn't that bad! They had pretzel bread! So that was a plus! Unfortunately I have no pics of the food ;/ or the GIANT size beers all the boys drank!!

After dinner was over, we said good bye to Kelly and her family and went into a German shop with the hopes of finding a Stein for joe that Sophia had seen back in May. No dice..we could not find it anywhere!! I had asked John to distract Joe so we could look, and they all decided to go get a spot for Illumintaions. After not finding the stein I decided we needed school bread!! I had not had any at all yet!! It was time! Sophia started to go with me, but then stayed back to get our camera's fire work ready. Kayla and i booked it back to Norway!

Finally I got back and handed out all the Norwegian yumminess! Apparently while I was gone, Jack gave the group quite a scare by running away..fast! Luckily someone saw him and brought him back...Jack was sitting in time out and a hot crying tired mess! FUN!! Oh well, I had school bread LOL!! I took a few bites and then decided I was too full from dinner to reallly enjoy it I sat down next to jack and Kayla who were both misy at this point. John unbuckled Jack from his stroller and all of a sudden he was passed out..guess that explains all the misery!

All of a sudden John gets all sweet and asks for me to stand with him to watch fireworks... but i didn't feel like getting up. I was tired, and annoyed at this point from the kiddie fits. He kept asking and I said one minute..then all of a sudden Joe and Sophia start harping on me to get up, so they could get a picture of us..all the while Sophia has the dopiest grin on her face... that should have been my first clue..but no, Joe started threatening me to get up!! Good grief, what is with you people?? Reluctantly I got up, and John hugged me and we turned around to look at the water.

All of a sudden I turn around and see John down on one knee

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!!!!! Yes, he prorposed to me! Well, re-proposed. He originally proposed in November of 2005, but we split for a hot second and I gave him back the ring and told him I wasn;t sure. We got back together, but I told him I wanted the ring back when he was sure he wanted to really get married and not just because we were having a baby ( I was prego when he proposed originally). I had given up on ever getting that ring back! Everything clicked with Sophia and Joe and John all wanting me to get up so bad!!

I have to say, I do not really remember the specifics as I was like holy crap get Up now John.. I hate being the center of attention! And all these people were pointing and smiling and ahhhhhhh! All I can remember is saying omg, I'm gonna kill you, get up get up get up.. Apparently I handed him the wrong hand as well! You can see so in the first pic lol! Obviously I said yes, and everyone clapped and all that jazz!

Even more back story, apparently John gave Joe the ring, the day we pulled up to CSR and they had it with them for 5 days before John decided to do it!! Poor Sophia had the responsibility of my ring all those days lol! Thanks again

So was the surprise worth the wait?? I hope so! It was so sweet of him to ask me to marry him in my favorite place n the world! It is truly a moment I will cherish forever!

After this we watched one of the best Illuminations I have seen to date! Not just cause of the proposal, but we had an awesome spot lol!

Then the show was over! It was truly beautiful and may have to be my new fav! Although I am quite partial to wishes... hallowishes really! point is, I enjoyed illuminations more than I ever have before and it now has a special place in my heart!

It was pretty packed their so we took our time leaving and took some picson the way out!

When we finally got back to the resort we stopped at Sophia's room and shot the shtuff for a bit. She handed me a huge box and said, we got you a "little" present. Everything is just a little present with her! It was a Mickey and Minnie bobble-head statues that have magnetic noses and hold hands and kiss! So cute.. I'll have to take a pic for you guys.

We said our good nights and I went back to my room. We were allll super sleepy and had happy hearts!
