Best recipe I have found for gingerbread together
This stuff can fix cracks in your house's foundation!



Mix in bowl and beat until stiff peaks form:
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Add slowly: 1 pound powdered sugar

Add: 1 teaspoon vanilla

I use meringue powder to make my gingerbread "glue". It is dried egg white and the kids can eat it.

1/4 cup meringue
1/2 cup water
4 cups powdered sugar

this year I have one large house done and need to make 9 smaller houses.
