My step-mom booked this morning. We will be at Cypress Harbor 3/29-4/5 of 2007! Whoo hooo! :cool1: The booking person was amazed that something was open, since it's the week of/before Easter.
So tell me everything you know, everything you like, things to watch out for!
Thanks!

I actually have a question, too. If we are visiting there with my parents (who are owners and will be the ones checking in) would we qualify to sit through the timeshare presentation? If so, would we qualify for any "gifts" or "perks"? Like money or passes or anything? Thanks!

CH is our favorite location so hopefully you will like it just as much. They will probably call you while you are there and offer you a timeshare presentation. They give single day tickets away as a thank you as well as some light food. The presentation is low pressure. CH is a great resort, excellent location, big rooms, great configuration. If you have kids, of any age, they will love it. Post if you have some specific questions. We'll be there again in February 2007.

I actually live "next door" to Cyprus Harbor (well, across the golf course). Very convenient to Sea World, obviously, but also to Disney--just two minutes from I-4 and then only two to three exits away. Very close to the Premium Outlet Mall as well.

Can you tell me (or better yet, give me pic's) re the pools? :sunny: The kids will want to spend quite a bit of time there!
Also, restaurants, cafes, pool bars? Do they have them? What kind of foods?
Do they have the kids night out like at Horizon?
Are you able to "pool hop" between CH and Horizon?
Thanks so much for your feedback.

3 pools, a quiet pool, the main pool in the front, and the pool in the middle. There is also a beach area next to the lake but you can't swim but you can lie out or fish.

They have a pizza hut/deli resturant that serves small eats next to the main pool. The general store also has food.

Do they have the kids night out like at Horizon? Not sure, but they have activities all week long.

Are you able to "pool hop" between CH and Horizon? Not sure but we never wanted to leave.

One of the best things they have is the activity center. This is the location where all of the kid events (and some adults) are scheduled. They have basket ball courts, ping pong, pool tables, car racing, boat rentals for the lake, bike rentals, a water park (run through style), a play ground, a giant chess set.... Most of the kids activities take place here.
