I booked my trip yesterday through someone with DVC points and got OKW for $12 per point. We saved thousands over booking directly through Disney and I got a good deal on Delta out of Edmonton.

We are going to do maybe one or 2 character meals and I want to check out a seafood restaurant - opinions on which one is the best? Also, hubby loves steak but I hear Le Cellier is over rated? We won't be doing much besides QS d/t the dollar but will do a few decent meals.

Best seafood I had on property was the fish and chips at the Yorkshire County Fish Stop. I think you might be better off going off property, but if you do, avoid Joe's Crab Shack - it's rather generic and not very good.

Last trip there were a couple of places that we considered going, but the kids wanted pho instead so we drove up to North Orlando to get that.

Rented privately! 2nd time I've done that - first time was through a member on here but I contacted him and all of his points were already rented for 2016...I looked for quite awhile on this site but didn't see much for what I wanted so I did some fb group searches and found a group with ppl renting points and took a chance on someone there and it was successful

I could have got it for $511 with taxes but we wouldn't get there till 11:38pm or take the milk run and have 2 layovers for the same price to get there earlier...so we paid $630 to get there at 5:30pm with 1 layover.

I guess its its not as good as what we paid in the past but considering our dollar is so low I didn't find it bad.

Well, none of us are getting what we used to get. That's in the range of what I'd pay for exactly the flights and times I wanted. Thanks for sharing!

No prob! I checked West Jet and it was close to $800...same with AC. United was close in price to Delta but the arrival and departure times were better on Delta.
