In other words:
Dear Guest #347THJ869.
Thank you for your message regarding menu changes at 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Resort.
We're glad you've chosen to dine at 'Ohana in June. We frequently look for more ways to increase our profits through cutbacks, while giving completely senseless excuses to our guests, based on the demands of the Disney Executives. Our goal is to attempt to fool you into thinking you are getting an even replacement, when in actuality, you are getting nothing you haven't always received, but less of it at the same cost. As you know, chicken skewers will no longer be served at 'Ohana. Instead, we will simply move the chicken wings we served as an appetizer to part of the entree, in hopes people won't notice.
As you can probably tell by the tone of this message, our guests feedback means absolutely nothing to us. Please know that your comments are not being read by anyone else, and your email was deleted before my secretary finished writing this email.
Again, we don't care what you think. If you don't show up for your reservation, we're confident someone else will. After all, we have NO intentions of making these changes public knowledge, as if we did, we know many people would cancel. Thankfully for us, not everybody does their homework.
Sincerely,
Someone who gets paid to pretend Disney cares about it's guests.
