It's official...I have a dishwasher!!!

Our "new" home was built in '47, and the previous owners never put in a dishwasher. DH just got done installing the one we bought at Sears last weekend. It works! It has a ton of features and is so quiet I can't even believe it!

I've been washing dishes by hand since August. I HATE WASHING DISHES!!! I don't mind any other household chore you can think of, but I just can't stand kitchen duty. This will be such a big help, with Christmas coming and my parents coming to stay with us for a week!!!

I know exactly how you feel. the house we bought 4 years ago didnt have one either and up till last month I was handwashing them too. I love ours even though its an apartment one that you need to connect to the sink.....
