Yea me!!! (to quote London Tipton)
We just received the notice in the mail that the financing has been approved, now all that is left is to record the deed!! I'm so happy!!
We bought a BC membership through Disney. Everyone that I speak to in MS and Quality Assurance has been shocked that I was able to score such a great home resort without going resale! I had called DVC one day to ask to be put on the wait list hoping that by the time we went on our 4/3 trip in January it might be available. I wasn't necessarily planning to buy right then because I figured there would be a few months wait. Not so! He had one open "master" contract and I scoffed it up on the spot!
Now we've cancelled our 4/3 reservation and are staying in a studio, just DH and I, for our first trip home! Merry Christmas to us!
