We just went to Six Flags Great America on Tuesday and it was $22 I 'bout died. I was sure glad that we got a free parking pass with our tickets this year
One of many reasons we are upgrading to AP's for our next 2 trips. We are pushing our next two trips close enough to be able to utilize AP's twice. But parking alone for our planned 15 park days will be over $200! We will then add the 20% discount for TIW and the AP's will definitely worthwhile.

While it stinks, I would much rather pay $15 to park at Disney than $25 to park at a museum downtown Chicago for a day!
I also think it's great that Disney offers ways to avoid the fee. I have a membership to the Shedd Aquarium, and I think I get $3 off parking. Wheeeee!!!
I'm not surprised by this at all. We always stay on-site so it doesn't affect us but I think it's all part of the master plan to have people stay on-site.

I agree! We always stay on-site but if we didn't I would not be happy in paying $15 to park. But it's like parking for a concert here where for a few hours that night we have to pay $20 to park. crazy.
Exactly. Six Flags here has been charging $15 to park for years, I think it might be $20 now. Just this week I paid $12 to park for 2 hours and 4 minutes in a parking garage in Downtown New Haven CT, so to me, $15 for the whole day at WDW doesn't seem that outrageous.
At least Disney provides options of ways to not have to pay the parking fee.
It was 12 before the increase. I gotta say.. with it now $100 per ticket and $15 to park the average 2 parent 2 child family is looking at one heck of an expense to go to MK for the day
