this works believe it or not--thanks to my mom!! she shared this with me:

Cat's claw--herb --(I buy Nature's herbs brand)
for the first 2 days 2 pills 3x a day -- then take 2pills 2x a day

watch the wonders and relieve that it will bring--take for three weeks and you will be fine for the rest of the season--I started to do this in Sept where I live(in Atl) and it works great!! I have not taken Augementin 1000s now for 3 years!!

you can also take Pau de Arco the same forlmula above after the cats claw for cleansing your body from any molds --

and for the aches and pains that were mentioned above--Devils claw -- same as above
