Yeah, but we need to meet our realtor. I think it is going to be hard to 'stage' our house because we have two kids and I don't like to clean. :rotfl2:

I don't know how I am going to keep it clean every day. It is going to be a stressful couple of months. Next weekend.....dh is taking the kids to see his parents! :cheer2:

I can relate a bit....I don't prefer to clean house if there is ANYTHING else to do....like breath or eat or something! :3dglasses

We bought this house and moved over here from across the valley and the other house has not been sold yet. So, I never had to deal with people coming thru..... :woohoo:

So you sold your other house empty? And you had two house payments?

Haven't sold it yet.....we have rented it out from time to time. It is empty right now. It is paid off. We moved here and bought that house when there was a housing/economy "slump" and that house cost us less then than a new truck does today! When have you visited Kalispell??

I was raised in North Dakota. I've driven through it on my way to...somewhere....not sure where. Great Falls maybe?

Wow! I wish we'd bought our house for the cost of a truck!

I have been trying to sell it to DD but she hasn't settled down enough to do it yet. Not into the "responsible" phase! :rotfl2:

Well, I haven't lived in ND for 8 years. I'd guess about 12-13 years.
How old is your DD? Does she pay rent in an apartment?

I have been dreading selling the house since we bought it. Now I have to pick out certain things I want to have for the next year of our lives, but it can't interfere with staging our house (if we haven't sold it by the time the movers come). Most of our things will go in storage. What will we do with our cars? No one knows.
I need another glass of wine. :rolleyes:

Kalispell has grown alot in the last ten years! Alot of commercial development! DD moved to Missoula to go to school but ended up dropping out. She sent me an email today and asked about renting the house again if she moves back up here. I think she will be headed to the community college to finish up. I don't think she liked school at the University level.

I know how hard this must be for you! I am sorry.... :guilty:
