My soon to be nephews are on the way for their first trip to the world(I'm already in Orlando). I can't wait they are 8, 5 , and 3. The looks on their faces are going to be priceless.
Taking kids for their first trip is the best! I have to say that when I took my kids for their first trip it was SO exciting! I hadn't been in years and I ended up being more excited than they were!
Never forget thier expressions but each time they go they get better and better. We still go just about every year and when daughter was in the college program and then moved to Florida after graduating from college, we were going 3 times a year and the expressions got even better. She has moved back and married and we still go together or meet at WDW and spend our vacations together and at our age now, they are still priceless.
I have a picture at work of my son (now 16) on our first WDW trip when he was 4. He is posing with Aladdin at MGM. He and Aladdin are doing the same pose. He has the BIGGEST smile on his face. After I took the picture he told me that that was the REAL Aladdin. Ahh, WDW through the eyes of a child ! I smile every time I see that picture, remembering the magic of WDW through his eyes ! I had the great joy of seeing my niece (who was 5 at the time) experience WDW for the first time a few years ago. It was a great experience and one I am so glad that I was a part of. Only 45 more days until my "baby boy" and I (and his friend) head back "home" !
