It's Going To Be A Jolly Olly Holiday In Disney PTR I've got one foot out the door!!

My husband and I really enjoyed Boma dinner. My son is very picky, so he was not that into it.

However, my husband ran down to their food court, grabbed him a personal pizza and he ate that while we ate regular food. I give it two thumbs up

I think POR is landscaped so beautifully. I think it looks nice enough to be considered a deluxe in my opinion

So, we could do the same if our youngest doesn't like the food...good to know! The landscaping is what I am most excited about with POR...it seems that it is what makes it!

I'm so happy to hear that you will let us know the park hours you find out if they tell them to you when you make your ADR's. I might just have to call too and see if I can get some park hours. I have to have them before I make my ADR's. It's just so hard to make them otherwise. *sigh*

girl my TR will be started as soon as all my pictures are processed. Which usually is the week after we get back from vacation so you won't have to wait long for my TR to start. If I waited until Jan 1 to start I think I would be mauled by my other DIS buds (right Sharky? )

On the MVMCP you went to, was it a weekend party? We went to MNSSHP in '07 on a Friday night and it was slammed!! So crowded it was nuts! We went to the party again last year and that time we went on a week night and it was SO much better! Very sparse crowd and much more laid back. I'm planning on going to MVMCP during the week (Dec. 8th) so I'm hoping for the same experience we had at our during the week MNSSHP last year.

Good! I want to see trip reports! I have so much fun reading them! There are a few that I'm into right now that are great! (I need to not spend as much time on here as I do!)
I don't remember what night it was that we went to MVMCP...but it was one of the last ones in 2006. It may have been on a weekend? If you have never been to the MVMCP...I'd say go! I just think for us, we probably wouldn't do it again? But, you never know...we may change our minds also.

Ohhhh, lucky thing staying in AKL. That is DD's wish because she loves animals, so I gave her the option of staying less time at AKL, or longer in a mod, and she went for longer trip. I'm still debating spending a couple of days at AKL for her as a surprise, but it's just so much more money!

You'll love TRex. We went there in Oct last year. The food was wonderful (if you like mushrooms you have to get the mushroom ravioli!) DS4 is a huge dinosaur nut and he was in HEAVEN!

You should work the numbers a bit! The room only discount was really good. And, since it would just be the two of you, you could get a regular room...we had to get a 1br villa because of 5 of us. You would already have your tickets with the first room, so you wouldn't need to worry about that! Worth at least checking into. It may work out to be only a bit more? And, what a great birthday surprise!

We are really only going to TRex for DS (5). So, the menu at first didn't matter...just the experience. Now, we are really checking over menus of the restaurants we've never done. The raviolis were something we were looking at. Thanks!

Yeah. If you do go next year I suggest going to a party that's on a week day. Way less crowded.

Oh yeah I highly recommend SWW!!! We have been twice now. We went in May over Memorial weekend this year and it was spectacular!! I hope you can swing the weekend trip. It's totally worth it

I can't believe how many ADRs you are planning!! That is sooo awesome! How many of those meals will you pay OOP for? Do you get 2 TS meals a day with DxDP??

I'm thinking about calling AAA or stopping in and seeing how much it would cost to switch our (trip A) to Free Dining. Right now I have a room only with my CM discount at 50% off our WL room but if AAA is offering a room rate for 250 or less, I'd be half tempted to switch for the Free Dining (except we don't need tickets, ugh!) I can't wait to read more! I've looked at the MVMCP dates so we kind of have an idea for our trip what/where we are going just based on that but I can't wait for Dec either!!! I wish they posted early on my CM site but they don't

Thanks for coming by! The DxDP gives you 3 TS credits per day! It's a ton! You know...if you did a pkg, you only need to buy a 1 day ticket to get the dining...just a thought. Run all the numbers and see what works best for you!

Just found your PTR and am enjoying it! Our visits will overlap, as we will be arriving Dec. 5th! I CANNOT wait! I have been planning this trip since February. We will be celebrating DD's 4th birthday and she has no idea!!!

I hear ya about the hours! I just used last years hours and Touring plans to come up with our tenative plans...this is our first trip so I am new to all of this.

Anyway, looking forward to following along as we pass the time together! Is it December yet!!!
