Yes.

I'm sure it used to be the end of October....and then we had a Commonwealth Games here about 3 or 4 years back.....and it moved to the end of September.

I do enjoy the extra sunlight at the end of the day and the longer evenings; but really....I prefer my extra hour of sleep.
