I have completed another Turkey, a standing Rib Roast and have a Ham in the oven as well as a couple chicken breasts. We cut up, sliced and bagged one Turkey and Fran is working on the Ham.

Then I have to vacuum seal all the bags. My buttocks hurt from all this standing!

So here's what I did yesterday....

Roasted a Turkey

Made a Ham

A couple chickens

A Standing Rib Roast

And a batch of Chicken Cacciatore

And for dinner

Ta Da!

I need to go back now and slice ham.

I'm in meatlover's heaven but I don't think that DH would appreciate my dinners if I served that up!
