It's after midnight...why can't I see the new DCL fall 2016 itineraries?

It's after midnight and I am a platinum cruiser...why can't I see the new itineraries? It said they'd be available to platinum on the 19th.

What am I doing wrong?

It's only by phone for platinum and gold on the 19th. It will be online, plus available to everyone else, on Wednesday. Phone only for the 19th and I read 8am Eastern.

Is it best to book through a travel agent or call Disney directly? I deal with Costco, am gold, and have an OBB to transfer. Any advice would be appreciated.

If the OBB is controlled by a TA, you have to deal with your TA. You can't move the reservation alone.
