I am also having a bit of a hair crisis. DH is getting a haircut next week sometime so he is all set. My hair on the other hand really needs to be trimmed and to be highlighted. Bah. So not in the money budget but how can I dine at Cinderella's Castle with my roots showing!?!?!

You defintly had me laughing on this one because I am the same way. Dh gets a haircut before we leave but I am debating on a $8 box of hair color, even though I will shop like crazy for everything else. I just keep thinking if I buy the Photopass CD then I defintly want good hair in the pics.

Definitely try a small table top tree at least. I've had my baby tree since my college days. My trees keep growing. Last year I actually had 3. My tiny college days tree, a full size tree and a mid-size tree just for all my Yankee ornaments. Every year I say I'm not going to put them up, but always end up doing it.

Wow! I feel so inadequete with my one tree.

I don't blame you on this. I had to run out and pick up some color to do my hair before I leave. I don't want to have to look at a whole cd of photos of me with roots showing.

I did solve the hair situation. More details on that later tonight most likely.

I'm usually fine, but mine do get a bit warm and heavy by the end of the day if I wear regular sneakers. I'm hoping my LL Bean beach sneakers give me enough airflow to help this problem. I'd never be able to make it through a day of walking wearing just flip flops.

LL I love the pins! Can't wait to see what you come home with this trip.

I think I figured out what was wrong with the socks I had on. They were lower cut. I am wearing my danskin arch support today and they are much higher on my ankle. Good to know. I think I will pick up another package. I am obsessive about having enough socks and bandaids.

I'd love a real one, but with the tiny size of my place it would be too much. My mom had stolen my little one to bring to work with her. Now that I have it back I put it up on top of my entertainment center. The Yankee tree is my newest one. I had amassed so many Yankee ornaments that I was able to decorate a 3 ft. tree with them. I keep that one in my bedroom window.

Can't wait to see the hair resolution!

I am glad you were able to work it out I look at is as if I am spending all this money on this vacation I want to look good in the pic.

Poor DH has hair sprouting everywhere if I don't make him get a hair cut at least once a month. I wish my hair grew that fast.

I can't believe that in 16 short days, I will be going to DISNEY!! Yahoooooooo!! I can't believe it. I am super excited and just can't wait to go. I have a mish mosh of stuff to show you tonight.

I have to thank my DH for taking tonight's pictures. He was so kind to do this for me. I didn't feel like taking pictures but wanted to update so there you go. Thank you DH!!!

First up....LL's new haircut!! Please excuse it's unprettiness. It's been a long day. It was a lot nicer this morning. I was cut, highlighted and my bangs were made thicker. They can now swoop on either side.

MNSSHP Tickets. I can't believe I never posted these. They really should be Halloween themed!

I preordered my Photopass CD.

DH & I bought some airplane/waiting in line reading this evening. I love that these are small enough to fit in my bag and not weigh a ton.

I finished laminating my daily itinerary. I made a sheet for each day that has our confirmation numbers and our proposed itinerary. I also made a "Money, Money, Money" sheet with our proposed spending and "free" money from Visa Rewards, Disney Dollars and Disney gift cards, on that card is also my souvenir list and my miscellaneous food treat list. I have another card that is an "ADR Quicklist" that has all of our ADR's on them so if we want to try to make changes they are all right in front of me in one place.

Here is a closer look.

Here is my Lime Green organization case. Okay, it's a pencil case but go with it people. I plan to carry our park essentials, like tickets and maps that I want to save from getting crumpled while floating around in my Vera Bradley bag.

My itinerary cards neatly tucked in. Of course the current day will be on top.

DH took this picture. I didn't even think of taking a picture of this to post. Snaps for DH! I bought the frame on my last trip to Disney. The picture is of my mother and I. You can see my love of Disney Movie Posters in the frame.

Last but not least....Ruby was helping to supervise DH's picture taking.

I am feeling pretty good about being ready for the trip. I plan to clean out my car this weekend as we will be taking it to Logan express. MIL will be dropping us off in our car and then bringing our car back on Saturday and dropping it off as she is going away that morning. I also want to start packing. I have just a few things to buy left, like more bandaids, I am terrified I will not bring enough. I wore my Cleo Crocs to work today and really like them. I am going to keep wearing them but they are definitely a half day kinda shoe. I am very happy about this.

I have about two full boxes of the larger bandaids that work well on your heels incase of blisters but I am just worried that won't be enough!
My hair is easy to style, and it's holding up nicely so far.

Thanks. I worked hard on those little cards. I used the 4x6 photo laminating sheets and it worked really well. I like that the cards are on the small side so I won't feel like a pack mule if I bring them all into the Parks.

We have a bunch of vintage food/kitchen signs in our kitchen courtesy of the Christmas Tree Shop. I love them. I should take some pictures of the others.
