It's a Jolly Holiday with LL. *FINISHED* Final Update on pg. 58.

When I learned that he had filed for divorce, I looked at DH and told him that I may need to rethink this whole thing, pointing to the both of us. He didn't look amused. :lmao:

I told my boss that I was leaving early on Friday to go to Fenway and comfort him in his hour of need...Didn't think twice about DH :lmao:

HILARIOUS!!!!!!!
:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Oh, I hate feeling cramped!!! Did you guys stay for the whole game?
The seats are so tiny, they really are. There was also a larger gentlemen right next to us and it would have left one of us very squished. So me, BIL and FSIL took turns standing with DH. I am sure the people in the row just loved us. We left at the beginning of the 9th and would have made it home in record time if we didn't get on the wrong train, have to double back and get on the right train, which was JAMMED PACKED.

I told my boss that I was leaving early on Friday to go to Fenway and comfort him in his hour of need...Didn't think twice about DH :lmao:
:lmao: Way too funny. I just love him. We went to a game in 2006 and that was when he was out, it was very upsetting! This was the first time I was able to see him up close and personal. :cloud9: He's even better in person!

We had issues getting the right train back to Riverside but that was our own fault and lack of proper signage. All I kept thinking as I was holding on for dear life is that this is so not the monorail.

:lmao: :rotfl: :lmao: If only all public transportation were like the monorail!!

Great pictures. I really like the stitch together panoramic thing. When you first said "stitch" I was thinking the Disney character and wondered what kind of feature it was going to be but now I get it! Love it!

DH & I watched the Disneyland special on the travel channel this afternoon.

I am a junkie for these specials too. You will love DL!

Oh and 2 weeks from right now, I will be snuggled into my bed at Pop Century dreaming of my first view of Main Street USA and Cinderella's Castle. :cloud9:

:goodvibes

Glad you had a good time at the game and got to test out your camera. A true DISer can always find a way to relate every day life to her upcoming trip!:goodvibes

When I learned that he had filed for divorce, I looked at DH and told him that I may need to rethink this whole thing, pointing to the both of us. He didn't look amused. :lmao:

DH and I were at an AVP tournament (professional beach volleyball) years ago and my favorite :lovestruc player walked right next to us. I was just staring at him, and DH told me to see if he would sign my, *ahem, chest area*"!!! I kind of regret not doing it, seeing as I was in my prime form at that point! :rotfl2:

The pictures from the game are great! I'm glad you got to check out some of its features. The photo stitch looks like it worked wonderfully! :goodvibes

The Snow White cartoon is also hilarious. Sounds like some venting to FSIL was definitely called for! :rofl

BTW, is FSIL officially FSIL yet? It seems like last I heard she wasn't. What's BIL waiting on?!?!?

LL, I know what you mean about the grandstand seats! We go to about 4-5 games each year and last year sat many times very squished. I also have issues with my knee and sitting with it cramped up did not help! So this year we sat in the right field roof boxes twice, stood on the green monster, and had first row grandstand seats. Much better! The right field roof boxes have ample leg room and aren't any more expensive than the grandstand seats. If you are looking for tix next year when they go on sale, let me know as we are champs when it comes to procuring good, cheap, red sox seating! Okay, I'm off my high horse now. Oh, forgot to mention how great that 'stitch' pic is! It looks like the posters they sell in the gift shop! And :rotfl: about rethinking marriage to DH! I would've got a major eye roll as well except my man, Big Papi, is happily married. :sad1:

I think all public transportation should be like the monorail, isn't that what Walt wanted? I think we should honor his wishes! :lmao:

I am a pro at relating everyday life to my trip. :thumbsup2

FSIL is not offically FSIL but it's easier than typing BIL and BIL's GF. :lmao: She just graduated college this year and found employment and BIL graduates in December. I think they both want to settle a bit. BIL was talking about how he wants to be married and ready to have kids at 27 and he's 23 now, so I think it will be soon. I hope so, I really enjoy FSIL but if MIL doesn't back off them I can see it damaging their relationship.

Good to know! I will have to tell DH that. I think we would try to go to a game a year if we were more comfortable!

I feel like I don't have a whole lot more to update but have decided that it makes my day go by faster when I do update. So I am sorry but you will have to suffer through 13 more days of updates. :goodvibes

First I have to fulfill a promise to TK. I promised her that I would take a picture of my completed birthday tshirt that she designed for me.

I think it came out awesome. I am very excited to wear it. :thumbsup2

I have a bit of a dilemma when it comes to outfits for our Wilderness Lodge Photo Session. I have taken some pictures of the possible outfit combos for some opinions. I am going to show a picture with the flash and without.

I think I am leaning towards #1 or #3 because I really like DH in that green color and I think it would like nice out and about at Wilderness Lodge. I will also wear a white lacy tank under the pink polo or a light green one under the white polo. What do you all think?

I also received my pin lanyard in the mail and as promised to Jiri here are some pictures of the pins I chose. I won't trade all of the ones on the lanyards if I do partake in pin trading, still haven't decided on that.

That lanyard is heavy! I know I won't be wearing it the whole time.

Here is a picture of the Finding Nemo ziplock bag that has all my extra pins, just in case I want to trade one of those.

And last but not least, some funny cat pictures. I was cleaning off my memory cards today in preparation of our trip and found these pictures of Sulley. I had to shave him the summer of 2006 because he was so knotted up. It was funny. The poor kitty was miserable though when I did it and I try to just cut the clumps out now instead of shaving him. Notic the poofy tail!

Oh, thanks for the pic! I think the shirt looks great!:goodvibes

As to the WL photos, I personally like option three. I think the white and green combo is very WL. Now, the pink/green would provide a huge contrast, which could be nice, or it could be too much. That's my only fear with that.

And you're very organized about your pins, lovely.:thumbsup2

Suffer through 13 more days of updates? Suffer? I don't think so, hon!:lmao: I love the daily updates.:goodvibes

I wear the pink and the green and bring the white just in case. Sometimes if you wear white in pics, you can seem washed out. I think it would "work" with WL but I personally like the pink and green for pics.

I personally like the green and white combination best, but I'm thinking that Tink might be right about looking "washed out" since you do have very fair skin. Have you tried taking some pictures of yourself in both outfits... how do the colours look on?

:rotfl2: at shaved Sulley. My kitty currently has a large section of his back end shaved like that!

Fab shirt for your b-day!!! You have renewed my vow to make t-shirts for next June!!!

I like the first pair of shirts -- the pink and green combo! I think that would look great at WL!

Finding Nemo ziploc bags??? You know I need to go get those if I stay at CBR next summer! I just have to!

The pin lanyards are incredibly heavy, but I like all your pin choices! Where will you put new ones that you buy? ;)

I vote for pink and green too. I think the pink shirt would work better outdoors than the white.

I have those Nemo bags too....and the Cars ones also. (Jackie they are in the Dollar bins at Target)

Ugghhh, it figures -- I was just there yesterday morning and didn't stop at the dollar bins because everybody and her mother was browsing through there. :headache:

Oh well, I will just have to head back there!

Another vote for the pink and green because of the wash-out potential of the white, and especially since DH looks good in the green.

I laughed right out loud at the pics of poor Sulley. That tail! He looks totally ticked off about it, too!

I like the pink and green combo. White can be chancey sometimes in photos outdoors. I think it's a nice contrast.

I also like the pink and green, but I could see the white and green working with the light green tank underneath it.

Also love how TK's design turned out!

And thanks for posting the lanyard pix! You do have a lot of cool pins. I'll be excited to see what you end up trading for! :goodvibes
