I just don't understand the monogram, I know that is how they do it, but why do they put the last name initial in the middle, LLA? It doesn't make sense when my initials are LAL. I just don't get it, it confuses me.

I'm not sure why monogramming is that, way, but it's always been so. I think the importance is intended to be on the last initial, and the first and middle initials are smaller...oh, it's too early for me to think this much.
