It's a Jolly Holiday with LL. *FINISHED* Final Update on pg. 58.

Oh, and blankies! I used to have one (pre-dating Hoppy) that I'd carry with me everywhere. I was so attached to it that evidently I threw fits whenever my mom took it away from me to wash. Her solution? Cut it in half, and give me one half while the other ran through the washer and dryer. I never caught on to her insidious duplicity. :rotfl2:
Awww, that is adorable! :cloud9:

It's just like the blacked out passage in my mom's yearbook that she still won't tell me what it says

I need to do that to mine before my kids can read :smokin:

Oh, that would drive me nuts -- not knowing! :rotfl:

:rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:

I probably should do that to mine, also.

I don't think some of the comments would be fun to explain to Chelsea. :lmao:

I have tried so hard to decipher it but to no avail. She claims it has to do with her exboyfriend who she broke up with right before she met my dad and since she married my dad a month after graduating I am assuming it was a tense subject. :rotfl:

Quite possibly.

DH was pretty tense about some of my long-term boyfriends from high school that I remained in touch with -- I think after fifteen years of being together, he is finally losing his insecurity. :rotfl:

How cute. What a great idea your mom had. My daughter would sit in front of the dryer crying until her blanket was done.

Today "they" suggest to buy two of the same so it 2 years down the road when luvy gets lost you have a back-up....but how are you suppose to know which thing will be their luvy? Are you suppose to buy 2 of everything???? Being a parent is hard!

We actually have two of my son's lovey. It's a blankie bear and it goes everywhere with us. One lives with us and one lives at my mom's. It's quite evident which one is ours, but he's a flexible kid, so either does work. And even though he doesn't really hold it while sleeping anymore, if it's not there...whoa, watch out!;)

Jake, my godson, has something similar - a bear head/torso attached to a soft lil' blankie. I think it's from Nordstrom's.

Lovey's are so sweet. I also said I was going to give Gumdrops to my first born. Nu uh. Ain't gonna do it. It would be like severing a limb. :faint:

Oh no no no! We do not part with a lovey!

We buy new ones!;)

Okay, having kids is WAAAAY out in the future for me, but I feel like I should start saving now.

We can only sacrifice so much! ;)

I have been a bad PreTripper. I had thoughts of canceling our trip. I am going to claim Wedding Brain here. Wedding Brain is an affliction that I have come down with that gets progressively worse as the Wedding gets closer. Common symptoms of Wedding Brain are crying for no reason, yelling like a mad woman when you misplace your camera cord, laughing hysterically for no reason, seeing pink when there is no pink (long story), and finally doubting that you want to go to the Happiest Place on Earth a.k.a. Walt Disney World. It is a crippling disease.

For a brief moment in time, Tuesday & Wednesday I had myself convinced that DF and I should cancel our trip and use the money to move into a new apartment. This would involve paying $1,500 to get out of current lease that expires in April. What was I thinking? That's a whole trip to WDW! Nuts. As you can see, I am coming out of the Wedding Brain fog. The lovely LapuLapuettes were supportive yet knew I was crazy, they urged me not to make a decision until after the wedding, thank the disney gods they did because my fingers were ready to dial to cancel.

Yesterday, Thursday, I came out of my coma. Realized I was completely nuts, we can move in April and we can enjoy this trip just the two of us, as we would like to add a little nugget to our family sooner rather than later. Poor DF is still confused but as I am out of my Wedding Brain coma, I can lead the way for him.

Of this chatter is to explain to you, why I have neglected my PTR this week, Wedding Brain. I am re-entering the fantabulous world of planning our WDW Trip. I have made a few changes and still have a few to make, so be prepared to be Wow-ed. :goodvibes

 We Lapu Lapuettes are happy to have assisted you during your trying time. And now that you have overcome Wedding Brain, I'm awaiting the next installment! popcorn::

The next installment will either be this afternoon or this evening. DF has a "gig" with his band (which I say lightly because it is his 50something uncle and 16 year old cousin, they look as silly as they sound.) I am being a bad future wife and not going, it's so not my scene and he is okay with me not going. Therefore after I run my errands at Target and return something to Old Navy, I will be DIS'ing all night!
